Today: 137 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Right now is a GREAT time to set goals for summer, it give you plenty of time to achieve them. By writing down your goal, it makes you more responisible, feel free to leave your goal as a comment on this post, I'd love to hear it. I am 137 pounds and I would like to be 115 pounds by May 1st. That's 22 pounds in 12 weeks. Good luck to u too!
