Hey it seems like everyone at my school as flat stomachs and has really nice abs. I have a trip with my youth group comin up in the 1st week of july and it is right now the end of march i weigh 107 and i am 5ft i know it doesn*t seem like alot but i want to lose my stomach if anyone has any suggestions on how to lose some of the fat on my stomach please let me know and soon thankx so much

I did fairly good today though I don't think I ate enough but I was really busy so I kinda didn't have time to eat. For lunch I had 1 and 1/2 pieces of pizza w/o the crust and then for supper I had 2 small eggs (scrambled) and a little piece of turkey sausage. I know the foods I ate weren't that great but that's all we had at school and my mom made. And I also ran 1/4 of a mile without stopping and walked for 40 more minutes. I also ran up and down the stairs 10 times which was REALLY hard! So what do yall think? Any tips? Thanks to whoever replies! =D

hi my name is victoria i am 5'4 and weigh around 178 i would like to get down to 145 by the middel of the summer i am on a swim team and that is what i do after school. i hang out with girls that are really skinny and pretty. no one in my school has never mad fun of me and my weight but i could care less what people say and think about me i want to lose weight to fell good about myself so if you can tell me what to eat and help me find more things to do i think that would be very nice thanks

i have been eating fairly healthly and doing exercsie for 3 days and lost 2lbs, i wasnt even trying that hard! my mum and dad have said they are going to help. is there any other tips that will give me a boost? how much do u have to do the ddr for it 2 become effective? i would b grateful 4 replies! thanx xxx

wow- i found an old weight journal from the beginning of 2003 when i was 173 pounds(i didn't really start losing any weight until the beginning of this school year). i can't remember being that weight. i'm not sure how much i weigh right know but it's a little under 150 pounds. i feel great- ven though it's taken me a long while to lose that amount of weight i didn't starve myself or do anything hurtful to my body and i'm not more fit then most of the thinnest girls in my tennis class. i haven't gotten to what i want to look like but now i can run for long periods of time and not die and i've never had that before. by the way- if you want to know how i did this was i did taebo or a different cardio exersize and i tried to do 30-60 minutes everyday, i also cut down to a reasonable amount of calories ranging from 1200-1500. some people will say that low calorie diet and exersize doesn't... OK , I am 200 pounds ! I am goin on vacation this summer ! YAY!! Nad I want to be down to aleast 135!! I want to look good!! I havenever really been small in my life!! When my mom and dad got divorced I started gaining!! Now I want to loose this weight !!! I need help thought Please help me!! Hey I'm going threw a really hard time right now. I've gained 35 pounds in less then a year and I have gone from 110 to 145.. I'm only 5'1" and I used to be so beautiful. Now I feel bad about myself. I know I can do it and I know I will I just wanted to know If anyone would like to be my weight loss buddy? I'm going to eat 1500 calories a day of vegetables, fruit, low fat dairy, lean protein, and whole grains.. and also drink a lot of water. I home school so I don't move around very much.. I'm going to start running 1 mile on my tredmill everyday and walking 1 mile... (I used to run 3 miles a day for the fun of it!) and I will do @ least 25 sit ups a day and lift 5lb. dumbell weights 20 times on each arm everyday. I know It will take me forever to lose 35 pounds..cuz I don't want to lose more then 2 a week .. It wouldn't be real fat loss.. but I know that next year I will be glad I did this. Ok you guys I really need your help. I try to cut down on my calorie intake, but it just deos'nt work, I manage it throughout the day then at night time I go and eat loads-chocolate, cake, hanfuls of cereal. I want to know how I can cut down on my calorie intake, and I'm sorry to say eating more at the beginning of the day does not work for me. So what should I do, how do I cut down my calorie intake and not feel hungry? I do quite a bit of excersise or well at least I try. So can you please help me. Greatly appreciated God bless Lola

Ok guys...sorry i haven't been on in a while..i just went to Europe...and no i didnt lose the weight i wanted to...not one bit....but WOW...it was so awesome none the less.....so anyways...I HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT....as soon as school is out for summer...and i mean the day after school is out...i am going down to San Diego with my little sister and my friend...to see my older brother who goes to college...and he is taking us to the beaches...shopping...and he's also having a PARTAY!! for my little sis graduationg middle school and her 14th b-day...and my 16th....and its going to be awesome...yesterday my friend, my sister, and i went to the store and picked out a really cute bikini and sarong...and we want to fit nicely in them by the time we go...and that would be about 11 weeks to do this.....i weigh 235 and i am 5'8"....i want to do this for myself....not everything else...i've wanted this for a long time and now i am fully commited to doing this...all i need is some tips and motivation...i know i can do this if i set my mind towards it....thanks for any of your help:D:D...bye!!
