hello i posted a letter on page 2 a couple of days ago but no one seems to ave replied i hope i didsnt sound stupid and sorry 4 myself but i reali do want to lose weight and i just feel like i need someone to tell me exactly wen and wat to eat and how to lose weight quickly and keep it off. like i sed b4 i ave to go to 2 weddings in septembe5r and i reali wud like to shoiw my family that can do it and so on plz help guys i need some moral support big time i dont know hu else to turn to but u lot ps i weigh 168 pound and i a 5ft4 i hope this works as i reali do want to be smaller plz help love absi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

my advice would be 2 join weight watchers. if u stick to that u will lose a steady 1-2lb a week which is the amount people should aim to lose safely. u lose more in your first few weeks & then it starts to even out. ive lost 15.5lbs so far & have been there for 5 weeks. just try to eat healthy meals and not to snack 2 much inbetween meals. ive given up sweets n chocolate 4 lent which I think is helping. I eat apples& snackojacks now. try walking more aswell. I walk home from school which is 45 minutes which helps. I cant really do videos& things coz theres alwayz people in my living room & upstairs so walkings most convenient & great exercise. well good luck. im sure ull b fine xxx

Ok all you need to do is eat healthy and NO SWEETS!! Here's a sample menu: Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and fruit and skim milk Lunch: Salad w/chicken breast or tuna and low fat dressing and some sort of fruit Dinner: Whatever your mom makes but just take SMALL PORTIONS and for snacks you can have some veggies and fruit but don't overdue it. And exercize I reccomend The FIRM videos they're really good and also build muscle so one you lose fat you'll have good looking muscles underneath. Ok well you can do it and don't give up!!
