Hey I have been doing better with excercise this week it is basically the natural stuff playin outside(i.e bikeriding basketball just walking round ) but i feel i need help with the calorie part or I will never loose weight I am goin to be on spring break startin the first of april and that will be a great time to get on track with counting calories and then I will be riding my bike and having fun and not worring bout things such as homework and I cant wait till i get to 160 i am 179 now and I really want to get to 160 by the end of the school year and spring break is goin to be a great chance for me to get the excercise and I cant wait WOOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!! So if any of you have good advise on how to get to 160 at least by the end of the school year it would be greatly appriecitaed oh yea my last day of school is may 26th so if that helps i want to be 160 by then at least if not less. well- if you're having a hard time doing it by yourself then you can start slimfast. it really helped me get in control of my calories. they have shakes, pasta, and meal replacement bars that are low calorie and their site( www.slimfast.com) really helps too...
