Ht. 5'3", Start: 253 lb, Today: 252 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - i walked for 5 miles yesterday!! and for 3 miles sunday!!...well my questions are...do you think i will lose any weight by walking 3 miles one day the 5 miles the other...i also walk kinda regular does it really matter what speed you walk??

Ok so my dieting plan start off rocky but im now down to 241.0 from where i started at 247.4. i've lost a total of 6.4 pounds and im pretty estatic. i know it should be more but this is pretty good for me. Ive felt so down lately because of how big im getting, its my 16th soon + i cant even wear a dress. Ht. 5'4", Start: 233 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - so yesterday i got on the scale and i lost 2 pounds, and im not to proud of myself because besides on monday i didn't work out at all, and i know i could of lost more if i did work out. I have been keeping my eating pretty good though. I just have to keep myself busy to not eat tons of food when i get home from school. So i hope everyone is doing well :)

A few weeks ago I visited the doctors office and my weight was a whooping 310lbs. In 4 months I have lost roughly 30 pounds but still have a lot more to go. Lately I have been doing vigorous workouts and hope to drop another 15-20 by July. My final goal is to hit 160!
