~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 185 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. It's me. THe girl that left because she was doing the controversial HCG diet. Well, I did it, and I lost 17 pounds :). But that's not why I'm here. As happy as I am that I've lost 17 pounds I don't feel as if I learned anything. The problem with that diet is that it restricts you so much that all you think about it when it's gonna end and you can eat real food again. I'm back here because I still have 38 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. I'm starting Weight Watchers tomorrow and I would appreciate all the support I can get. I need help...my eating habits are back to the way they used to be and I want to stop before I gain all that weight back. So, I'm starting weight watchers and I want to be down 10-12 pounds at the most by the end of the month. I'm drinking my water, taking a multi-vitamin, I've been forcing milk down my throat and I really am trying to listen to my body when its saying it's full. I know that in the past I did a diet that this website doesn't approve of...and it took 50 days of HCG injections and 500 calories a day. It was pure misery. And I didn't learn one thing on that diet except for the importance of water. I see now why I shouldn't have done it. - Good luck everyone! I'm glad to be back :)
