hey you guys,whats up i am doing good!! I have lost likea couple of pounds i have gone to the gym like 4 days a week for 2 hours and it is really helping i see a good difference!!! So my advice is to like wrok out and you really will see a difference in about 10 days.. and believe me!! if you work hard at it and eat the right food groups.. i weigh 170Ibs. i used to weigh 175Ibs...If you need any help please reply back to this..Rachel

LENT??? I think thats something kewl to try..im going to give up everything but meats. Im gonna exercise and see how much I weigh in 40 days. Wish me luck..im definately gonna need it =). Oh yeah I have a 12oz juice like every other day, is that considered sweets??

Sorry about that I didnt intend to hit enter. So i'll type fast before i get a reply. I ate losts of baked chicken and fish, loads of water, and the past week i was sick with bronchits so I couldnt exercise. I had 70 cal soup all that week and apple juice. I did get exercise in school with the stairs but I am really glad I got down 5 lbs. I hope I can keep this up. Gosh I love this site. So much motivation. Oh yeah Ive lost my appitite all of a sudden, eating alot less and drinking alot more fluids?...is thats strange?

hey im susan. ive been struggling for quite some time to lose weight. I had lost the weight but gained it back. I have a really bad depression problem, also i just moved and im not sure where everything is so there isnt anywhere for me to go! Hi. i have been overweight scine, i dont even remember. Well i started at the beggining of this year and so far i have lost five lbs. i work out everyday, but i dont do weight tranning so that i get max. results. ANYWAY i have had a ton of support that really helped. Along with this site, i write in my weight journal a couple times a week, and i have a very strict dicipline routine for myself. On my closet door, i have all of my goals for the month and i keep track of my progress. I also print out insparational quotes and different thoughts that i have about my life before and after starting to diet. it works, every day when i get up i focus on the day and what i want to make of it. Try it.

Hey everyone... this my second diet day (yay!) and it feels so wonderful to be eating healthy. Well, I just have some questions about exercise. Yesterday and today i tried fitting some exercising in, but i always end up not having time. Is it ok to run at the end of the day, like right before bed? or is that unhealthy?thanxashkabashka

Hello everyone. I haven't posted in a long time. I figured I'd just try to keep on doing good and post once I've actually got somewhere. When I first started coming here a long time ago I was 147 and 5'1/2" and now I'm 116 and 5'2". To me that's exciting but It was a lot of hard work. I ate what I wanted and I had a lot of terrible times, like binges, crying, feeling fat, all that stuff. When that stuff happened I just tried to forget about it and move on and start over. All I have to say is never give up and never stop trying, no matter how many times you have to restart the next day. I remember I had been saying to myself...oh I'll start tomorrow and then I'd mess up and then I'd say...Oh I'll just start the next day. Then one day I actually did good and I got into it. I did have a few binges and hard times though. My final goal is 105-110 lbs. I'm only 6 lbs away from it which is the good part. I do still stress about how 6 lbs is hard to lose but I know I can do it. Everyone good luck

I am so happy today was the start of my diet and i know that it will work beacuse the last time i did it did. I am so determined to stay on my diet nothing can stop me. I now weigh 159 and hope to be 125 by june 8. Dont worry anna im not starving myself. I dont believe in going on an unhealthy diet. This is what my diet consist of if you want to try it this diet is some what expensive that is why i could not continue it last time but now i have a job.Breakfest I have a Slimfast optima shake a cup of grapes or any fruit and an 18.9 oz bottle of water.Snack a special k strawberrr bar and a bottle of water and a bananna or any fruit you prefer for lunch i had a slimfast optima bar with a peice of frit aand a bottle of water. For a snack a dannon lowfat small yougurt and of course a bottle of water and for dinner i had a m lean cuisean meal a sparkling fruit water and a salad on the side... To maintain the weight when you lose it you have to eat smaller portions and limit your cal intake and junk food of course you will gain it back if you go back to old eating habits.Good luck to everyone trying to lose weight.
