can i lose weight but having nothing but red bull all day? whenever i'm hungry i drink one. do you think that'll work?

That is a really dumb idea sorry to say, but that has no nutrients for u and that is starving yourself, maybe you should try eating about 1200-1500 calories a day and exercising

That's starving yourself, and starvation will only backfire on you by slowing your metabolism. Which makes it 10x harder to lose weight! :\ You don't want that, do you?! Instead, eat about 1400-1600 calories a day, and work out 30 min. a day, 3 times a week(at the minumum).

uh.. it sounds to me like you're becoming anorexic. you need food or the weight that you lose will be muscle and not fat. Your body thinks you're starving so it'll hold onto all your fat and start eating your muscles. Good look with that one.

omg- that is the worst idea ever! that would really really hurt you. first of all- red bull is actually banned in some countries in europe. you're only supposed to have three a day and you could very easily o.d. on the b-vitamins. then your body would also kick into starvation mode and you'd lose weight- but you'd only lose muscle- not fat. now, i love red bull- but limit it very very much!
