Last time I posted something I didn't get that much help...I already no I have to watch what I eat and not eat ice cream. Its hard to stay focoused. I only live with my mom, and she dosen't seem to under stand the meaning of healthy food. And my friends are all like super skiny...It kind makes me feel upset. How can I stay focoused? My friends and I leave my house at 7:30 and walk untill 10:00 every night...shouldn't that do SOMETHING FOR ME!?!?!?!?! I am going to start this new thing...I eat breakfast and eat nothing untill lunch...and after dinner walk untill 10:00. Would that work...Or no???

ahhhhh... im freaking lazy! i need to start getting active.. im going to exersise more and start going for walk/jogs/bike rides wit my friends and exersising more wit them and stuff.. my mom bought some banana's so for breakfast i will eat one, and lunch i will eat salads and apples or oranges and stuff like that.. and i will try to exersise by walkin from my bus stop home rideing my bike walk/jog jumping on my trampoline and crunchies and sits ups ect... im trying to loose the weight in my arms push ups will help those i hope, any ideas to loose weight in the arms? im trying to loose the fat in my arms and theighs and stomach it looks really bad im about 160 - 165 and 5ft ot 5'1 im going to work really hard im going to try and get to 100 lbs by july or augest or somewhere around there im going to work very hard and make sure i stick to this i will post if i loose or gain to keep up.. im going to make like a weight loss binder for recipes tips and stuff.. kinda dumb but oh well hope it works, anyways good luck people!! wish me luck ill need it.

hey again all thanks for all of your suggestions but i seem to be gaining more as i go i used to be between 151-153 but now i am 156 so wat should i start doing after school ???? cus usally my friends walk home with me so i dont want them knowing that im trying to lose weight . My mom said just act like normal but do more activites like me and my friends usally play basketball 4 a while rite after school but i dont feel like that is NOT enough CUS MY GOAL IS to be atleast back down in the 120's before summer so i just need to know what i kinda excerise i can do that i could do in front of a friend without making a HUGE deal ????? thx

Im going on holiday on august 11th with family and i need to lose 28lbs (2 stone) by then will i be able 2 do this and how and also how can i make my stomach hard not 'flabby' ? thANKS  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

the gapefruit diet will work for the mean time but the weight you will lose wont stay off if you stop that diet it is just another fad diet so i would not recomend it what you need to do is a life style change.. like have the motivation to choose fruits and veggies over something unhealthy water over soda and juice and things like that you will feel so much more confident in your self.. i really hope you change your mind about that diet and do it the old fashion way also to burn fat do cardio : running,jogging,walking,swimming,biking, anything that gets your heart rate up and try weight training excersizes.. to make you look toned once you get rid of the fat covering the muscles... by the way im fifteen i just had to change my age so i could post

THe grapefruit diet will help u lose weight fast but it is just to start your weight lose its not long term diet

ok the grapefruit is when eat:Breakfast is 1/2 a grapefruit or 8oz of grapefruit juice and 2 eggs,Lunch is 1/2 a grapefruit or 8oz of grapefruit juice and any salad with SOME meat, and Dinner is same as lunch. NO suger or fat except some yogurt or a low fat ice pop. for a snack always have fruit no suger or fat.
