Hey guys...I've been hearing some people talk about fat camps on this board, and I don't think it's the best way to lose weight. I mean, you'll definetely lose weight there, but what happens when you come home and go back to your old habits? You'll have to deal with passing on the candy and stuff, and at fat camps they only serve healthy stuff, so you won't be used to resisting things, and it will be much harder to keep the weight off. I think the best way is to just develop healthy eating habits and exercise, not take the easy way out and go to a fat camp where there's no temptation.

well im 162 5ft and im moving to a differnt house so i wont be able to ride my bike to school from the house we were going to move too. :( oh well anywayz im going to be moving very soon and i will have my trampoline in my yard and hour on that a day ill ride my bike around and my neice will live next door so i will play wit her so hopefully it will keep me more active and stuff. i plan to get to 135 i think i would look better then and if i change my mind ill try to get to 115 by september or somewhere around there would that be a good goal? Anywayz does anybody know any helpful sites that have really helped them besides this one that u go on? thankz. - montana

By the way for everyone that dosnt know this is the greapefruit diet :-
Breakfast:-
Half a grapefruit OR 8oz unsweetend grapefruit juice
2 eggs any style
2 slices of bacon
Lunch:-
Half a grapefruit OR 8oz unsweetend grapefruit juice
Salad with any dressing
Any meat cooked in any style
Dinner:-
Half a grapefruit OR 8oz unsweetend grapefruit juice
Salad with any dressing
any meat cooked any style OR a green/red vegtable grilled
**Stay on the diet for 12 days, rest for 2 days, then go back on for 12 days, rest for 2 and keep it up for 2 1/2 months and by then you shud have lost 52lbs**

I have 117 days to lose 30lbs who reckons ill do it? Im on this grapefruit diet its really good and in 2 1/2 months i should have lost 52lbs which is really 4 stone and im not sure i wanna loose that much!  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Im going to Hawaii 2 days after school gets out and i dont feel verry cofident about wearing a bikini but im definatley not ganna wear a one piece does sanyone have any advice?(I get out June 1st)

Hi everybody! I lost 6 lbs. in 3 days! I know that doesn't sound very healthy, but I was sick. But I realized that even if you're not sick, you can still lose weight by eating less. Try having brunch instead of 2 separate meals. Good Luck! Julia

i wanna know if my exercise is enough for sum 1 my age: i jog/run for 30-40 mins, i do pilatees, i ride my bike about 2km and i swim for 1-2 hours a day is that enough?!?

Hey im tiffany. i am 12 years old and my hieght is like 5'5 or sumwere around there and i weigh 146.2. i walk everyday for atleast 30 mins. im the summer time i go swimming since i have a pool in da backyaard and a trampoline. can ne1 tell me any godd exersises but i cant do pushup or situps. also eating healthy can ne1 hepl me wif those 2 things? thx luv yaz

Hi everybody!!! I just want to see how i did today. ok... breakfast:3 servings of fruit:200 cals Lunch: ham sandwich, juice box, grapes: 360 cals Snack: gripz(its tiny weenie cookie bites, its not that bad):120 cals Dinner:pork, veggies, another side dish:600 in all, that equals to 1280 cal. I am going to ride my bike after and then do my denise austin kickboxing wrkout. is that good?? thankz ~jenn

TO EVERYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO LOSE WEIGHT HERE IS A GREAT IDEA!!!!! Hey a good diet to do for a while like 3 weeks is eat no sugar u can only eat 45 caboyhydrates for a meal and 25 for a snack1 no sugar whatsoever! and when I say sugar I mean like candy bars and stuff like cake and ice cream! one other thing i to do at least a 30 ,min. workout! and when u eat the meals make shure they are only drank with water coffee(ewww) or tea! and sweetend ur tea and oatmeal and things wih splenda which works the best or nutrasweet ! well I hope it workouts! if u have any questions E mail me at puppygirl2193@yahoo.com and make shure u tell me the results!
