omg at the end of the school year all the classes go down to the keys and we go snorkling in our SWIMSUITES of course i look hidious in a bathing suite.i am 155 lbs and i am 5'4 tall i really want to lose at least like 35 lbs before we go. we go like may 26 so is there any way that i could lose that much weight by that time if so tell me ASAP!! sexyegg@hotmail.com

Dear Rachel, I"m not really sure what your goal is but i can tell you some things that i use and trust me if you follow it,the results will please you. When you feel like eating something but you're not hungry. Have an apple or some carrots or take a really big drink. Now I weigh around 200 pounds and trust me i don't like it either but try not to eat when you're not hungry, whenever you can get outside and do some fun activties with family, friends, or just yourself.Just remember you can do it and don't let your life circle around your weight.

Omg! you're like my same height and weight! Anyways,I can't believe you get to go to the keys. We only get to go to Disney Quest at the end of the year. You've got plenty of time to lose weight before your big trip! Don't worry about it. You have a trampoline? Type me back saying if you do. I know a few good exercises. Try sticking your feet under your couch and doing situps or crunches. If the situps don't work,put a pillow under your back. Don't do it for the crunches cause it'll mes you up. Good Luck!
