how do u lose stomach fat? if crunches how many?

i started out at twenty five and im now up to 100 but when i was really skinny i use to do an average of five hundred a day yeah its alot but do ten at a time its easier or twenty if they are too easy... i hope this helps also if you want to see some results do cardio that is what actually burns the fat of your stomach well i hope this helps cya

maybe u shuld start at 10 and work ur way up. dont push too hard or ull have stomach cramps. im doing 60 everyday. 30 in the morning and 30 2 hours before i go to bed. im starting 2 see abs!
