Hi all! This is a really great site because it helps you all the time. I get teased at school A LOT about my weight. But I'm starting a new program - I started it 2 days ago. Instead of cheese and chocolate spread, I usually grab an apple for a snack. I'm eating in less quantities but sometimes I really go out of control. Increasing my water intake, and doing much more exercise. I know that it takes some time but you're all doing great! Anyone want to be an online weightloss buddy or have any helpful tips then please reply! Thanks!

Im fat and anyone who knows me knows it. My stomach and chest and face and thinghs are big. I want to know if what im doing ight now will work. Eat cereal or wheat toast with whole or 1% milk in the morning. Then for lunch a baloney {hope i spelled that right} cheese and mayonase sandwich or something else like that with water. for dinner i try to make a healthy meal out of it. also i spend an hour excersizing or playing sports. Im sure it will work but i need someones opinion.

Guess what?........ you can't guess but I can tell you!I am wearing the cute black stonewashed size 13 jeans that i got at the beggining of the school year when i was 170, i gained 15 lbs and now i am down to 165, these jeans are so cute on me!!!!!! And i am soooooooooo energeic today, you would be amazed at how fast i am typing this!!!!!! I bet i burned like 400 calories today just jumping around! BYE!!!!!!!!~Laura  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

ok i hate to bother u all but i wanna know if what i ate and what i am going to eat is good 4 a healthy weight loss. So, breakfast:wheat cerial, a little oj=160 cals (about) Snack: pickle, hot chocolate=110 cals Lunch:peanut butter and fluff=about 240 cals Snack: ranch wheat thins= about 150 cals Dinner: fish, veggies, potatoes= 500 cals. I added that up and it equals 1160 cals. I know i have to eat a little more to get past 1200 cals, so i will eat a lot of veggies and maybe have some fruit after. I am sooo happy!! So far I have lost 15lbs. I thought i would of gained weight but i haven't!! I went to a sleepover party and had icecream and 3 pieces of pizza, but when i weighed myself this moring it said that i lost 5 lbs!! i am soo happy. To EVERYBODY: GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!!! YOU COULD DO IT!!!!!!!! My goal is to lose 10 more lbs by about the end of march (or maybe sooner) Do u think that it is possible????? thankz!! BTW: I now weigh 200lbs GOOD LUCK ~Jenn

i am a 11 year old girl and i am 4"7 and 110 it may not seam like a lot but it is. when you lookat me it looks like man she is fat and man she must eat alot but i don't i watch my carbs and calories and i ran with my dad everyweek around the block 5 times and he use to be a boxer and a runner but then my dad had kids so then he couldn't ran and box that much so know he tells me you'll be ok because all of my friends are like a size 10 & 8 and i am a 14 so anyone please help me
