My message that I would like to tell you is if other kids at school make fun of you ignore them and fix it by going on a tredmill 30 min. every day,drink lots of water and watch what you eat.I started only 3 days ago and went from 135 - 134. that means I lost 1 pound in 3 days!!! During the Summer and Fall I lose alot more weight because I play Baseball in the summer and Football in the Fall. I am also very athletic at hme too. Right now is 134ilbs and my goal is by Fall I want to be 100ilbs.I relized diets such as Weightwatchers don't work! When my mom started Weightwatchers I weighd 120. I followed along but by the time I decided to quit I weighd 135. I also take Karate and that heibs me alot.I think the funest part of losing weight is seeing yourself on the scale and seeing you losing weight and getting closer and closer to reaching your goal.

i take karete and do physical activity alot
if it wasnt for that i wouldnt be 160ilbs
i would probaby be 200!

weightwatchers does work. it depends if u follow the plan right.
