Im fat and anyone who knows me knows it. My stomach and chest and face and thinghs are big. I want to know if what im doing ight now will work. Eat cereal or wheat toast with whole or 1% milk in the morning. Then for lunch a baloney {hope i spelled that right} cheese and mayonase sandwich or something else like that with water. for dinner i try to make a healthy meal out of it. also i spend an hour excersizing or playing sports. Im sure it will work but i need someones opinion.

drink skim milk, it is way more healthier. peeps think that it is disgusting because it is called 'skim milk' but it is really good
