BUT MAKE SURE THAT BEFOR U EAT DRINK 1 cup of water water is a very good thing mainly because it fills u up so u get full faster then once ur stomach has sent the message to ur brain ooo im full. dont eat more .wait atleast an hour and then eat a small snack but make sure its healthy like a carrot stick with some ranch or a cup of applesauce then if u can go for a walk or a bike ride u will have instant gradification because u will realize that u really do have will power and remember u r all perfect in one way or another u just have to realize it aurora (view less)

Ht. -, Wt. --- - Ok, I am 17, so obviously, i use the teen bored. But, occasionlly I come here just to see how you guys are doing. It seems like a lot of you are kinda down, and getting frustrated, and not seeing the results you were hoping for. Over on the teen bored, we just started a weekly challenge to keep us on the right track. I was wondering if you guys would be interested in doing one? Each week there would be a goal, like exercisng, something to promote healthy eating. It shouldn't be anything to do with losing pounds, for example, lose 2 pounds this week. Instead, it should be something like: drink 64 oz of water each day this week. Then, everyone would share their success with that goal the following week. Would you be interested in starting that here? Also, if you are interested, would you like me to run it, or would one of you like to? I want to help you guys, but I am aware this is your area, and I would understand if you didn't want me invading your space. so...what are your opinions?
