Ht. 5'0, Wt. 135lb. - It's been a month since my last message, and I've only gained weight. My goal is to start school weighing 125lb. So with a little bit more than a month left, I need to lose to lose 10 pounds. I've tried soooo many things, and nothing works. So if anyway has tips and/or advise on how to lose weight tell me, please!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 161 - As You can see, i havent been on lately and my weight has changed from 174 down to 161! Ive been eating right and doing healthy things. I also play field hockey and went to a field hockey camp for 5 days. That made me loose about 10 pounds. We ate healthy foods and played field hockey once after breakfast for 3 hours, one after lunch for 3 and 1/2 hours and one after dinner for 1 hour. It was really fun and im glad i made new friends while loosing weight and doing what i love to do!

Ht. 5"5, Wt. bla - ok ive tried to go on many diets but they dont seem to work. Every time i try a diet it seems that i want to eat more . I have been drinking water for alomost one year without any soda and it really does not wanna work.i try eating healthy but my family also likes eating so we usally run out really quickly !!I was looseing weight for some reason i didnt no ... then i gained it all back.i have a twin and she never gives me support !! and she ways at the normal weight!! Does anyone have any good help for me ???? like also any good meal plans ?
