Ht. 5'3, Wt. 180 - hey everybody well yeah i have gained so much weight over the break its kind of sad and the funny thing is that i wanted to lose weight during the summer i have gained like 14 pounds in like 6mounths i really need to go to school so yeah i need some edvice so hope to here from you guys sone mucho love amy :)

Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 153 - Okay this is me weekend: Saturday I had an energy bar for breakfast, then I went to my soccer game. After the game I had a bacon and lettuce sandwhich on wheat. Later I went swimming for 3 hrs. And for dinner I had grilled chicken, corn, and strawberries. Sunday I had a bowl of Cheerios and for lunch I had a ham sandwhich. Then I had 2 soccer games. Then for dinner I had a burger without a bun. Is that okay? What should I change?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. ? - OK, I have a problem. I haven't weighed myself for about 2 1/2 weeks. I've noticed that my stomach has gotten a little flatter, when a few months ago I had a seriously ugly pot-belly, but I still have a ways to go. Since I haven't weighed myself for so long, I'm scared that if I do weigh myself soon, I'll be disappointed and I'll have gotten all worked up for nothing. Should I just go ahead and weigh myself, or should I keep excersizing until I know my weight will be good?

Ht. 5''5, Wt. 185 - Hey everyone, i went 2 a buffet and didn't pig out. first i had a ceaser salad, and then i 2 slices of pizza, but i put a napkin on it 2 soak up the grease. we stayed till dinner time cause it was a place that had rides and games that we played. and then i had veggie soup for dinner! that was good!!:): (right)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 - okay..so i went down the shore a few days...i blew it. BUT now i know im comitted. im eating 2 eggs with 1 slice of cheese for breakfast. tuna sandwich for lunch and something healthy for dinner...idk what bcuz it changes everyday. then i will do 100 crunches or more and ride on my bike for more than 20 minutes. is this good?
