I haven't been on here in a long time but I'm completely stuck and i'm joining weight watchers with my mom. today i did pretty good so far: breakfast- lowfat muffin, light yogurt, piece of cantelope/45 min. walk/lunch: 1 piece of bread, SMALL slice of eggplant parmigana, and light yogurt. I think in about an hour I'm gonna do either my pilates of cardio tape. how am i doin?

Not 2 hours all in 1 time... spread it out through the day 30 min. at a time. Do y'all think this is a better idea??
