Ht. 5'6, Wt. 166 - I did really bad on my diet today... I was doing good till we were out shopping, and we went to burger king for burgers, and then like 20 minutes later we went to long john silver's and I got a kid's meal, and after shopping I got a creme filled doughnut at dunkin donuts... I'm a loser.

Ht. 5ft 4in, Wt. 205 - hi peeps! i think i have a good, tell me if i'm right: i'm not going to start dieting until summer vacation (which is in 3.5 days). is this a good idea? the reason i'm doing this is because i don't get enough food at lunch at school so if i have less food more times a day i personally think i would lose more weight. another reason i want to lose weight is because at my school we get filmed doing everything so i've learned the camera really does add 10 pounds. please help me!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 150 - Hey everyone. I need some help, because I will be going on a cruise on June 11th for a week with my friend. And of course everyone knows of all the fatty foods but i cannot eat healthy because all of my friends will think i will be all obssesed with my weight if i eat only healthy. So i think i will just let myself go but don't get stuffed.They also have a gym even though your supposed to be like 16 i still go in it. So i think ill work out for about an hour a day. And also me and my friend promised to layout like everyday for 30min or more and that burns cals cause you sweat right? Please if u have any suggestions on what i should do say them.

I'm really fat and I carry most of my weight in my abdonimal area. I'm sick of nasty remarks from people and ready to weigh 130 pounds! Do you think this diet will work?
Breakfast: Life vanilla yogurt crunch w/ skim milk
Lunch: Whole grain bread on turkey breast, swiss, and tomatoes
Snack: Fruit Kabob
Dinner: Lemon Marinated Chicken Wrap w/ brocolli and carrots
Dessert: Weight Watchers Fudge Bar
