Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food Today:(I follow "The Diet for Teenagers Only" so these are my stats in my food diary. M calorie category was 2000 and the Totals represent how much of each food group I should be eating eahc day! Ex: 2 (T=3) means that I had 2/3 of my dialy requirment! Breakfast: Low fat cheese (100) toast (100), baked apple (100), skim milk (100) 2 dairy, 1 grain, 1 fruit Lunch: 3 veal meatballs (200) in a sandwich roll (150), sugar free low fat pudding (60) 1 protein, 1 dairy, 1 grain Dinner: 2 chicken legs (200) **idk the rest but I'm hoping for more vegiies!** 2 proteins ??? Snacks: 1.) low fat cereal bar (100) / 2.) Bird's Eye vegetables and pasta shells in garlic butter sauce (270)/ 3.) ½ banana with 1tbs. peanut butter (200) 2 grains, 1 fruit, 1 free veggie, 1 protein Exercise: "The Diet for Teenagers Only" workout Grains/ Starchy Veggies: 4 (Total= 5) Fruits: 2 (T=3) Dairy: 3 (T=3) Proteins: 4 (T=4) Snacks: 3 (T=3) Free Veggies: 1 (T= 2) Condiments: 0 (1) 420 cal left for dinner! 1,580 used out of 2,000

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey all! Well I just came home from a sleepover at my pals house. Boy, she's such a great friend and all but she'd my weight or more and 5 5" and it really shows! PLus she just went to the doctor and her bad cholesterol was high and her good cholesterol was low! And anyway the food I ate there was so heavy. Blah! I'm so glad to be healthier! Food today: 1 slice lowfat french toast wuth a tad of mayple syrup, skim milk, and sliced banana/Snack: lowfat cereal bar/Lunch: ham and lean ham and loefat cheese sandwhich on whole grain bread, sugar free lowfat pudding/Snack: Healthy choice vegetable soup/Dinner: whole grain pasat with light soy meatballs, saladm stringbeans/Dessert: baked apple (just cinnamon, no sugar of aything like that!)/Exercise: I'm gonna try to sqeeze in like 20-30 min of cardio/strength traiing. Yesterday I went to this satate park which was huge and beuautiful and I walked uphill and downhill form like 1:00 to 6:30! I wasn't even really that tired! :0)

Ht. 4'7", Wt. 129 - YES! i lose like 15 pounds!!!!!! i dont even know how because i went to a dinner theater for my moms 40th bday and had fettichini (however ya spell it) and icecream sundae for dessert and the next day i had cake and icecream for my friends b day but im playin hockey and i had a practice (conditioning cuz our coach was in a bad mood) and the next day i had a game so im sooo happy

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Sorry for posting back to back again but HELP ME!!! I am going to a Christmas party tonight with my dad and step mom and brother for my dad's work and there will be tons of food! And, my brother is skinny and muscular and I feel bad around him and my sister who may or may not be coming. They are both thin, and I am big and they are 17 and 19! It isn't fair! (Sorry I had to vent really quick.) So please help me! I am leaving in a couple hours and if you are not on here in time please still post for future parties! Thanks so so so so so so so so so much you guys! You help so much!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - To Bre and Jazmine.... First, I am glad you aren't enimies anymore, even though it was kind of funny! (No offense) And second do you realize that the fight took up a ton of room on other people's post asking for help? And three, how did I become part of it? Oh well, it doesn't matter now as long as you guys don't hate each other now.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Sorry to post back to back but I jut wanted to tell all of you about the Christmas challenge that is going on in the Teen board so maybe you want to do it. There are two different ways to do it, lose the most pounds by New Years or lose the most inches on you thighs and waist. Which do you guys think? I personally do not care.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - It is 4:05 where I live right now. Here is what I have eaten so far... Breakfast: Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal, made with milk. About 230 calories. Lunch: Diet Coke, Panini Lean Cuisine, and piece of pumpkin bread. About 500 calories. I don't know exactly what I will eat for dinner but I am going to Baja Fresh so I will probably have tortilla soup and a side salad with salsa as dressing and a Diet Coke. I do not think I will be doing any real excersize, but I have walked 2,550 steps so far today which burned 60 calories. ADVICE PLEASE!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Sorry to post back-to-back! Btw, weirdly enough today when I stepped on the scale I thought I would have gained but i'm actually 166.8!! Okay, so far today with food: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfat french toast, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup strawberries, sugar free syrup/Lunch: Healthy CHoice pot roast soup (lean beef and veggies and potatoes), 1/2 banana, sugar free lowfat pudding/Snack: (if I'm hungry before dinner) peanuts, apple, or yogurt, or something like that/Dinner: idk but i hope it has some veggies, hopefully for dessert I can have some fruit and/ or lowfat ice cream if i don't have fruit/dairy snacks! Exercsie: 25 min of this areobic dancing vidoe mixed with push-ups and stuff and some strngth traiing! And I never thoght I could dance for 25 min!!!! OMG!!! :0)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - OKay, so my NYC trip was fantastic! Hey I walked around for the whole time and bought some stuff and saw the sights. Well my food definitly wasn't great, but hey, in a tempting city with McDnald's and Starbucks around every corner, I think I did pretty good! Breakfast (at home)- 2 lowfat wholegrain pancakes w/ 1 tb syrup, lowsugar fruit cup, lowfat hihcalcium hot coca/Snack: 1 lowfat lowsuagr biscotti( Stella Di'Oro is the brand)/Lunch: (my own) lowfat tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread with lettuce/Dinner: cup of new England clam chowder, some salad, and a lot of bread with butter (very bad, I know!) and later i had one chocolat covered maaroon and 1/2 a dark choclate slushie with whipped cream from GOdvia. Dinner was horrible, I know, and when I got home I nibbled one a smalll slice of cheese, but at least I walked and I didn't have any soda. Today's a new day! And beleive me I used to do so much worse before!!!!! :0) Tell me what you think.
