Ht. 5'7", Wt. 220 - ok i made it one year i never thought i could do it but now i am really motivated to loose weight i know i havent been on in a while and i have basically stayed the same no gaining no loosing i have lost over 80 lbs i feel great but still need to loose around 40 more do you guys think i can do this it yes or no i need some more help and if u need ne help email me or im me at sportykrista189@aol.com or add me on myspace at www.myspace.com/ilovesummer189 bye love everyone here this site has helped me a great bunch

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Okay, my mom used to like really skinny, like so skinny people thought she was bulimic or anorexic. Anyways she is 6'2" and was a size 8 and her old clothes don't even fit me right now! Ugh! Now my mom is not that skinny because she had my brother and never really got on the bandwagon again. But iit is not fair! I want to be able to be smaller or the same as she was! I CAN DO THIS!!!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 140 - i grew an inch! yeah! ! he he well i havn't lost any weight and i havn't gained any so that's good too! i am going to lose 25 lb. though! i know i am becuase i have do it lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well i can't really do that many excersise rite now cuz my back is really hurting so if i do excersise it will hurt alot so any tips on what excersise to do even though my back hurts!!!!!!!! i'll take all the help i can get!

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 114 - i know i had to lie about my weight again, and im sorry about that, but this will be the last time, but more about that after. and guess what ? i lost 3 pounds last night ! not in fat - in hair ! i got my hair cut (8 inches), and my hair is reallyyyyy thick so i had it thinned out too , and i lost 3 pounds ! so i now weight 101 pounds ! so the reason why i cant come here anymore is because i think its really dishonest lying about my weight just so i can post things, and it wont let people who arent overweight post, and since i finally got myself to a healthy weight, i cant post anymore :(. byeee all ♥ - gabby ,.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Okay, well I did some serious self-evaluation and came to the conclusion that food really isn't the problem...sure I still have goals and bad habits that I'm trying to break, but I think that I'm not seeing much physical difference because I don't exercise enough (although this week I exercised every day!) So I'm gonna try to exercise on most days, at least 3-4 times a week, just for 30 min. or so for a month and see if it makes some difference. :0) I'll post my food later.
