Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 159 lb - so i was doing extremely well, then got a terrible cold and was basically confined to my couch for 2 days straight. as a result,i lost track and ate a little more than usual. however, i got on the scale tonight fully clothed in jeans and it said i weighed 169. woohoo! tomorrow morning is my weigh-in so i plan to check to make sure, maybe ill be a lil lighter because ill be in lighter clothes and on a completely empty stomach. who knows. either way, i'm feeling a bit better so i'm going to start working out again. i also found another incentive to lose this darn weight once and for all. i finally finally finally picked a course i want to take in college, so i'll be going to school in the fall of 2010, and i'd like to look and feel my best to avoid any insecurities on the first day of starting a new school. i've got 10 months to lose 19 pounds (i'd like to start school at my goal of 150)... Ht. 5'4", Start: 157 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 135 lb - My family is... not the heathiest, and i find it hard to eat healthy foods in my home because no one in my home will help support me in the process. No one controls what they eat, my mom doesn't care and my brother has the metabolism of a rabbit(he is professional ballet dancer), can any one give me some tips on better portion control and exercise regimine?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 159 lb - Alright on to day 4 now of starting over. I can feel a difference already in my stomach, i know that ive lost some water weight that had piled on due to eating too many carbs over the past month. i hope my monday (my weigh-in day) im 168, buttt i wont be too disappointed if im 169 lol its a marathon not a sprint so i can't rush it. I just did 35 minutes of cardio/dance and im sweating like a hog right now. i feel great though. ive also been taking "One a day Women's" vitamins and theyve made me feel great as well. i hope everyones doing well, good luck and keep going!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 203 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - I actually cannot believe I've let myself get this big. And why? Because I'm just too damn greedy. i know I have a lot of self control, I use it all the time in other areas of my life, it just seems eating is the one thing I can't control, and it's driving me mad. Any advice from anyone? I hope you're are all doing well x

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 159 lb - so yesterday i did absolutely amazing. i ate the healthiest food imaginable, did 25 mins of cardio and a 20 minute ab workout. it must have worked because i can hardly move today. my abs are KILLING me. every single muscle was worked out. ouch lol. today so far i've had a bowl of cream of wheat for breakfast (100 cals) and a bowl of vegetable soup for lunch (242 cals). im thinking that because i ate like well over 3,000 calories for the past 3 weeks, im going to kick start this diet by eating very little for the first 3 days. yesterday i had 680 cals, and today ill have 800. tomorrow ill have 1000 then back to my usual 1200. I know some of you are saying thats not safe, but trust me.... i plowed back like 7 pieces of pizza and a bunch of donuts on sunday so im sure ill survive lol plus im really not that hungry. anyways, too sore to work out today, but tomorrow im going to do my 35 minute aerobics video. Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 120 lb - I feel like...theres not many other places to turn anymore. I'm sick of feeling so fat. I hate my life. When i started dating my boyfriend 7months ago..i kinda starved myself..and lost 20 lbs. but then he accepted me..and i put it back on. Now im sick of it. I'm going to a formal with him soon...and i have been eating healthy trying to loose some weight. I try to eat small portions and healthy things..but its not working.Life is to hard..and i really cant do this..any help.? if anyone would wanna be my weightloss buddy...around the same age and weight.it would be MAJORLY appreciated.please comment..

Ht. 5'7", Start: 181 lb, Today: 175.6 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 147 lb - I hate Halloween... I really fell off the wagon, and I'm scared to weigh myself because I'm sure I've gained a pound or two... I had a goal to lose at least seven pounds by my birthday in ten days because my friend is taking me to his prom then, but I'm so mad at myself for undoing my hard work and I feel like I'm not going to make that goal by then :( :( I feel like I can't get back on track now

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 159 lb - alright back on the wagon once again. for the past 2 months i have done horrrrrribly. i was at 163 at the beginning of september, now im 170 yet again. i guess it was just the stress of breaking up with my ex boyfriend and moving back home, i kind of put my weight loss on the back burner and as a result, gained 7 pounds. i can notice it a little bit, everyone else thinks i'm crazy but my clothes fit a little snugger than they used to. oh well, time to try again. forget try actually, i AM going to do this. theres about 7 and a half weeks until christmas, if i lose 1.5 pounds per week i will have lost 11 pounds by then. and my ultimate goal is to just break into the 150's by then. so it works out perfectly. i know its going to be hard to stick with it but im doing this for myself this time and i will succeed. i mean, ive lost 55 pounds so far i can lose another 11, ive just got to set my ... Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - So today my mom says Im gaining my weight back.I think im about 225 right now,I dont want to check though.I've been eating whatever,whenever,for the last month or two.Im ruining all my hard work.I just dont know what to do.I dont have any exercise machines,so I tried to do what I could,and I did 100 situps a day.Well it hurt alot,obviously,but I went through it anyways.But by the end of the week I found something new.A butt bone,or atleast thats what I think it is.It hurt soo bad to sit down,and when I tried to do a situp,I wanted to cry.Well there went that.Then I tried running.I rsn for an hour and it was pretty different.I kinda liked the feeling that I was improving myself even though I was tired.But my mom wont let me do that anymore cause she said its too dangerous because no one will stay with me and I might get hurt.Im also not aloud to run in my neighborhood cause thats... Ht. 5'7", Start: 181 lb, Today: 175.6 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 147 lb - On Wednesday morning I weighed myself and I was down 2.8 pounds from the start of the week. I had my official weigh in for my ecare account today and I've crept up 0.8 of a pound since Wednesday... I've been slipping the last couple of days... I need to try harder I've just been losing some of my motivation and eating junk food :(
