Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 159 lb - so yesterday i did absolutely amazing. i ate the healthiest food imaginable, did 25 mins of cardio and a 20 minute ab workout. it must have worked because i can hardly move today. my abs are KILLING me. every single muscle was worked out. ouch lol. today so far i've had a bowl of cream of wheat for breakfast (100 cals) and a bowl of vegetable soup for lunch (242 cals). im thinking that because i ate like well over 3,000 calories for the past 3 weeks, im going to kick start this diet by eating very little for the first 3 days. yesterday i had 680 cals, and today ill have 800. tomorrow ill have 1000 then back to my usual 1200. I know some of you are saying thats not safe, but trust me.... i plowed back like 7 pieces of pizza and a bunch of donuts on sunday so im sure ill survive lol plus im really not that hungry. anyways, too sore to work out today, but tomorrow im going to do my 35 minute aerobics video.
