Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 159 lb - Alright on to day 4 now of starting over. I can feel a difference already in my stomach, i know that ive lost some water weight that had piled on due to eating too many carbs over the past month. i hope my monday (my weigh-in day) im 168, buttt i wont be too disappointed if im 169 lol its a marathon not a sprint so i can't rush it. I just did 35 minutes of cardio/dance and im sweating like a hog right now. i feel great though. ive also been taking "One a day Women's" vitamins and theyve made me feel great as well. i hope everyones doing well, good luck and keep going!
