READ THIS: IT IS IMPORTANT Hey you guys, you know how it always says to keep a food diary? WEll i'm keeping a food and exercise diary. But it's not that simple. I keep a notebook in a binder, and a piece of paper in front of the notebook says: Remember (which is to be repeated before each line) How happy you were when you lost that pound How bad you feel after overeating How much you fight for air after going up stairs How good you feel after exercise How happy your dog is after getting home from a walk How bad you want this How much you love to (choice) How much you hate gaining weight How much you want to be (wished weight) How much you want to be (repeat it!) How much you want to fit those jeans I read this to myself before i record a new food or exercise thing to remind myself. E-mail me at SerenityISC@aol.com if you would like to do this as well. Hi, I'm about 170 pounds and I'm 5.2 I really want to lose weight, I tried really hard doing the kelloggs diet and doing sit ups in my room but at the end of the week I had gone up and it really got me down. I really want to lose this and I can't seem to get motivated. I need to know how to lose weight without anyone knowing because I don't want anyone to know that I think I'm fat. When I was doing the Kelloggs diet I think I may have been doing it wrong, can anyone help?

Ok, so I've been wondering how much you can lose in one week. And I've always been looking for someone to post that hasn't cheated AT ALL for an entire week and how much they lost. And since I haven't seen it I decided I'd try myself! So from tomorrow until next Friday I'm NOT going to cheat at all on this diet... which means NO SWEETS!! tomarrow at are school for the six grade there is goin to be a valintines dance and i was just wondering how many calories do you think you burn when you dance. now i think dances are stooped because all trhe boys in the six grade call me the thing and if i go near them they run a way because i weigh more than all the other girls.now i dont like it so i am goin to join in dancing with them. i think that if they do do babyish things like that when i walk near them i am goin to keep on goin near trhem until they become bigger babies and tell the teacher. what do ya think about this.

i am 5'4 and i weigh 160! i do not think im fat, i just think im chubby, or could be skinnier. has anyone seen blue crush? There are alot of ppl out there who ken eat and eat and stay skinny because they have a fast metabolism. I have a boy twin and he is as skinny as a rail! my mom said eat protein before you work out b.c it helps you get a fast metabolism. (ex. peanut butter.) Im starting to do 200 crunches a night and i dont eat past 8. In the summer im going to start to run. also.. DONT DRINK SODA! alot of people have told me that if you substitute water for every time you drink a soda, it helps ALOT. if anyone has anymore help.. please tell me!
