Hi, I'm about 170 pounds and I'm 5.2 I really want to lose weight, I tried really hard doing the kelloggs diet and doing sit ups in my room but at the end of the week I had gone up and it really got me down. I really want to lose this and I can't seem to get motivated. I need to know how to lose weight without anyone knowing because I don't want anyone to know that I think I'm fat. When I was doing the Kelloggs diet I think I may have been doing it wrong, can anyone help?

How strict are you following it? You can't eat lots of other junk too.
Also, situps are great but they not the only excercise. Going for walks and jogs is good, jump rope. Push ups, longs you get varied and a good amount.
