Hey everyone i didnt weigh myself this week cuz i dont think i did to good and also i had a friend ova and didnt want to weigh in front of her so i skipped this week. but i found out that me and her can fit into the smae clothes which is neat she has a size 9 pants that fit me and i have a size like 12 or 11 that fit her they are different styles but still we switched pants for awhile and i am so happy that i finallly found a friend that i can share clothes with and the size nines she has fits me which is a lot of motivtion to stay on track and fit into a nine all the time so i will weigh myslef next weekend well see ya later. Wow...I'm older than all of you. But I have the same problem: weight. And, yes to the one who posted about the atkin's diet being dangerous. It's dangerous because you can get protien blockage/build-up in your liver and it can cause a lot of damage and can also cause gall stones and stuff like that. (Just so everyone knows...I'm about 100 lbs. overweight.) I know how to lose the weight....I just need something to motivate me. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU.

Hey everyone....I have this book its "THE ULTIMATE WEIGHT SOLUTION FOR TEENS, by: JAY McGRAW" I purchased it at Barnes&Noble but I'm sure u can buy it in other stores.....I've been reading it and I have learned alot. There are people talking about their past expersiences...quizzes and tests....helps build a healthy eating habit, builds self-esteem, u learn portion control...U LEARN SOOOOO MUCH MORE!!!!!!!! I cant name it all.....So if You have some extra bucks or save for it...it's worth it!!!!!!thanks...Im glad i can help

I am in serous need. I am like 5'3" and 130 pounds and it says that I am at a risk, and the doctors warning me but the thing is all my weight goes to my stoumache and thighs and all my friends are getting skinnier. Im doing lacross this spring, hockey next year, field hockey in the fall, and I just finished Tae Kwon Do but its not going away. Can anyone help. Email me at whtp54@cox.net Thanks

Hey peoples, was wondering if people could help me with something. i want to no how many calories i would lose per half an hour while doing brisk walking? i have heard loads of different things. but if any one does no how many calories one does lose per half an hour of brisk walking, greatly appreciated

Hey I really wanna lose 4 inches off my waist by March 13th... but if it will take me longer plz tell me how long and how I can lose this extra fat.. oh and just to tell you how my diet is.. I eat fruits and veggies (average about 3) I drink at least 4 glasses of water (sometimes more) BUT I always eat something sweet (everday!) ex. 2 cookies and half a chocolate bar.. I don't think I could totally cut out all the junk but I could maybe bring it down.. anyways plz tell me wat I should do to lose the 4 inches and how long it will take thx soo much =D

do u tnk il lose w8 if i exercise on my bike 4 an hr a day and eat 1200 cals. do u thnk i can lose 3 inches in a week by doin this considering i dont do ne exercise at the moment and i weigh 237 pounds!!! thanks for ur help

my internet finally works! yay! i'm still at 149 but since it'sa vaca again i'm going to work my butt statrting tomorrow. how is everyone? i'm so glad that i'll havre the internet this week to ome here for support again!

ok you guys so heres my story: i have always been like 10 lbs overweight and never cared untill like two years ago. Every day i tell myself that i will not overeat, and every day i fail. So today i'm at 140 lbs. and 5'4. MY goal is 115-120 by March. Today so far i decided to take a new approach and exercise and become a vegetarian until im skinny. I am so lazy; i soodon't want to get on my treadmill so for today i'll just concentrate on sit ups and not over eating. GOOD LUCK @ ME i'll post again tomorrow if i don't overeat

Hi everybody. I would like to lose 40, 50, maybe 60 lbs. its hard for me to not eat the things I like to eat. I drink almost 7 glasses of water a day, thinking that will help, but it doesn't seem to. I am 6 ft tall, and weigh 243 lbs. I'm big for my age, and the weight part really bothers me, and depresses me. Advice please.
