:::Update::: Well, I've been back on my low carbing consistently for about two weeks now (I only cheated once! lol) and good night! don't I feel soooo much better! I've been skipping through the tulips the past few days =) and my family is very thankful I've adopted this way of eating, considering my attitude/mood is a lot better (I guess I'm easier to live with)! **grins** Even though I've been (I am) really, really stressed out the past couple of years you wouldn't be able to tell like you could before. Anyways, I haven't lost any significant weight yet but I'm slimming down (i.e. neck, wrists, legs and arms) faster than I did before. My skin is glowing =D and now that I'm not allowed to eat any sugar (although I sneak a diet soda every once in awhile =P)I don't have acne breakouts--I'm allegic to sugar and some food chemicals and that's one of the ways my body let's me know, although ... just to help some of you.....if you wana lose weight look on here.....then....dont go on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i didnt go on the computer for 2-3 weeks...i shut it off and told myself not to go on it...\same with the tv!!i knew i would have to keep myself occupied with something else so i did....and i ate less of caurse...and lost....5 pounds in one of those weeks and then when i got back on the computer...i gained those 5 pounds back and it sucks!so today i am going to shut everything off!!hope this helped a bit

Has anyone done the Special K diet? Because thats what I'm doing now and I want to know how much weight people have lost on it. Also does anyone know if when they say lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks do they mean if you include exersise or just by eating the cereal??? Thanks in advance! *rach*

well, i drink 3 24 oz bottles of water a day. I eat lots of fruit and I really honestly don't eat that much. I exersise every day( what I do is, 150 crunches, 50 sit ups,[for my cruches I do fifty for up and down, fifty for both sides], then I usually go running for about 20 mintues on our tred-mill). My birthdya is 2-28-04 and we are going to go swimming and I have a belly that I would like to shrink(also for my eight grade graduation) but I watn to shrink it adn I watn to beable to have my friends HOT brother notice me. i have this problem, i can't seem to lose any weight. i don't eat any sweets for a while, but then i get a really big craving. i say, just a little won't hurt, but then i eat way to much and gain alot of wheight. how do i keep off those cravings?PLEASE HELP ME! I have a question about diabetes. I don't have it, but it runs in my family. Besides keeping a healthy weight and exercising, is there really anything else I can do? And, by keeping a healthy weight and exercising, how much less chance is that. I hope I'm not sounding confusing, sorry...

I'm so happy, I'm finally down past 150, I'm at 148.5 yay! I weighed 148 this summer then I went down to 143 but then I moved and gained like 10 pounds and I weighed like 158 well now I'm back down to 148 and I'm so happy because the weight is finally starting to come off, for a while the scale was just stuck at around 155 but then I started to lose some weight and in like 2 weeks or less I guess... I was down to 148.5. I was really mad before because a while ago I went down to 150 and then somehow the next day I was back at 155 and I was so mad because I almost got down past 150 so yea I'm really happy now because I finally did.
