i am 5'4 and i weigh 160! i do not think im fat, i just think im chubby, or could be skinnier. has anyone seen blue crush? There are alot of ppl out there who ken eat and eat and stay skinny because they have a fast metabolism. I have a boy twin and he is as skinny as a rail! my mom said eat protein before you work out b.c it helps you get a fast metabolism. (ex. peanut butter.) Im starting to do 200 crunches a night and i dont eat past 8. In the summer im going to start to run. also.. DONT DRINK SODA! alot of people have told me that if you substitute water for every time you drink a soda, it helps ALOT. if anyone has anymore help.. please tell me!

protien helps you develope muscles and that quickens your metabolism- but i suggest that you get your protien from a less fattening and lesser-calorie source. try some lean meat like chicken. or my fav. snack is this certain brand of jerkey and they're called beef bits and a container is 90 calories and 15 grahms of protien which is great. but they also have a lot of sodium so i wouldn't advise eating too much...
