hey! A good start for all of you might be to get a little book called "toning for teens" its an excellent start to weight loss and healthy dieting. It's helped me tone and shape my body to make it look the way I want it to. It also includes eating, exercises & weight training. A lot of people fear weights and this book will calm your fears and it shows you exercises to do with the weights. I hope some of you will look into it! Its about $25 canadian and definitely is worth it! After you read it, pass it on to your parents and they too will be motivated to help you!

Hey I wanted to ask what do you guys think of the slim fast plan? Because I am going to try it. One reason is because I want to lose weight and the other reason is because their is a science project at school and I volunteered for a project which is comparing diets.

hey! I have just like 6-10 more pounds to lose and it is mostly on my stomach with a little on my arms and thighs. It is mostly louse skin. How can i tighten up my louse skin and lose a bit more weight???????? Thanks

i started the bodyflex workout today. it felt really good. it's from the book "be a loser" by greer. the book is funny too- even though it's written for women in their 30's. the average person loses 4-16 inches in their first week so i'll tell you guys how much i've lost in a week. it's really great for your cardiovascular system and only takes 15 minutes a day. it's a really great breathing technique and it gives you a lot of energy(i can testify to that because you can feel it right after the first workout.). i've eaten so much today already but have only eaten 300 calories. i ate 2 cups of fat-free popcorn, 1 egg with tomato, sweet peas, and half of a peanut butter granola bar. i'm really full now- but i'm planning to eat 1200 calories- i usually eat most of mine during supper which works out really well for me. i hope everyone's doing really good. good luck!

hey everyone well im starting weight watchers tomorrow and i really need to know something.. okay i have been trying to lose weight and i am very active i run 4 miles aday.. okay i weight 145 and im 5'4 i want to weight 115 by may 1!! is taht right its like 30 pouunds can i do it like is it possbile? i want to weight 125 by april 1! tahts my goal. will someone well as many people commetn and tell me if i run 4 miles a day and stay on weight watchers strickly can i lose 20 pounds in like a 1 1/2 months..? please please comment. i realy need to know cause if not i might just go like on a fasting diet for like 2 months csaue i know that i can lose weight but i just really need to know if its posible to do that and lose 20 pounds by april 1.. so please coment.

omg i sucked up myd iet again today. this sucks...oh well i have to at least get down to 161 (thats 3 pouns) by sunday..but if i stay 164 again..omg i'll be pissed
