ok ive been doing so bad i decided to change my goal..my new mini - goal is 160 or below by march 1st, then by march 20th i want to be 155 and by april 16th i want to be 150 and then by may 21st i want to be 140. does that sound reasonable? Oh by the way i'm 163 now and by july i want to be 125-130
