hey! A good start for all of you might be to get a little book called "toning for teens" its an excellent start to weight loss and healthy dieting. It's helped me tone and shape my body to make it look the way I want it to. It also includes eating, exercises & weight training. A lot of people fear weights and this book will calm your fears and it shows you exercises to do with the weights. I hope some of you will look into it! Its about $25 canadian and definitely is worth it! After you read it, pass it on to your parents and they too will be motivated to help you!

It all depends on your weight. I'm not that heavy so I simply lost inches and only a few pounds. I've gone down 7inches. However my weight has only gone down a few pounds because now I've gained muscle which weighs even more than fat does. However I'm not built, I simply have arms and legs that are more firm and not "jiggly" as you describe it. I can also see a lot more definition in my arms, legs & abs.
