Ht. 5'5, Wt. 272:[ - OKAY. Today so far, I've had the recommended serving of sugar smacks..which were 100 calories and Ofg! Now I'm eating a little over serving of peas/carrots mixed, whole potatoes--70cals 0 fg. 1 slice of honey wheat bread--60 cals 0.5fg, and apple sauce--50 cals, 0 fg. With this I'm drinking water. I'm gonna exercise soon...I think I'm doing good so far.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170 - i was woundering if someone could let me know if i am doing bad when i eat like this. Today i had a bowl of cheerios with 1% milk and a banana; for lunch i had a sandwich (turkey,cheese, and whole grain bread); for dinner i had half a sandwich(turkey and whole grain bread), tomato soup and four baby carrots. That sounds like a lot to me. Please let me know if i am eating to much or eating bad stuff. Thanks!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 240 - I am a 13 year old girl and is 5 feet tall and 8 inches. I am overweight, mostley because I do not exercise that often, and make poor eating choices! I am probably the most youngest that has ever weighed more than 200 pounds!!I love sports and I dont care what people think of me!! Well, that's what i say in my head anyways! I have always cared on how I looked and have always tried to be skinny by wearing tinier clothes, and they have NOT been comfortable!! I want to lose pounds that I will look like, actually, my dream come true!!!

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 178 - i heard somewhere that you can tell if you're eating right by looking at your nails, if they are brittle with white spots that mean poor nutrition. can anyone confirm? i'm not sure if it's true or not. lol

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 139 - I don't know if this has been posted yet but... I weighed myself before I worked out and then after I worked out (I know weight doesn't come off that fast...I was just bored, I guess). After I worked out I was 3 pounds more than I was before I worked out. I've noticed that lately and I wondered if it was normal. My weight goes back to normal if I sit for a while but when I work out it goes up. It's no big deal and it doesn't really matter but I wondered if anyone else noticed that.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G:120-125 - okay since i did bad today, here is my goal for tomorrow...... a bowl of Kix for breakfast. a 100 calorie pack, a yogurt, and a water bottle for lunch. and tomato soup for dinner. i am going to try not to have a snack after school because once i eat anything after school i cant stop until i eat dinner. so is this a good goal to live up to tomorrow? im not to sure if i will be able to do it though...wish me luck =] ♥

Ht. 5'7, Wt. was:238 now:229 - hi everyone! well for the past week i've lost a total of 6 pounds...i'm on a so called 'crash diet' and i've been running 2 miles every other day, and then cardio and karate classes every monday wendnesday, and saturday. I'm currently training for my blackbelt and this is why i'm exercising so much. I usually dont go over 1,000 calories a day. but yesterday i had only 170 calories, i told my boyfriend and he said that was ridiculous and unhealthy..but i dont get it! i'm so happy i'm losing weight...but i dont want to eat more. and i keep thinking to myself...if i keep eating more, then it will take longer for me to shed pounds...i dunno i think i picking up really bad eating habits

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 158 - To me I have always looked fat I know this isnt good self esteem but I still think Im fat people are always saying your not fat but when I dont like what I see in the mirror and Im uncomfortable about by body than I feel like its time for a change, last summer I excercised alot and lost 15 pounds by the end of the summer but t shocked me because I worked out so hard and only lost a little bit of weight and I knew why I didn't lose as much as I should have its because of the FOOD!! !I don't know what it is but I just cant beat my cravings Im so weak so now this the last time of me saying " Your gonna lose more weight" because I really want to and its time for me to be more responsible and stop giving into my cravings if anyone has anytype of help that they can give me please reply thanks :)!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - Okay well i ran 10 minutes on the tredmill speed 6.2...but i'm gonna increase the time by a minute each day...plus i did crunches and weights, and later i will dance....plus i ate really well!
