Ht. 5"7, Wt. 268 - have a tip[ u know that for every pound that u weigh its 3 lbs of pressure on your knees] so every pound you loose is 3 l bs off ur knees so i lost 32 lbs and that 96lbs of my knees

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - hey guys so pretty much i'm getting really mad, but not, anyways, so first things first i broke up with my b/f which is uber depressing and now i am not going to junior prom either and one of my hella good friends is pissed at me so like i don't normally do this but like i came home and ate ice cream with my best friend cause that is what she does when she is mad and i haven't worked like all week cause i was always busy argueing with my bf and friend so i didn't lose any weight this week and i actually gained 1 lb so far and i don't know what to do cause i am like not in the mood to do anything

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 155 - Okay well i've been doing really bad b/c my grandpa just died...and i tend to eat my fellings...i loved him so much...anyway i wanted to know if curves protein bars are good enough for a lunch? Okay well it took me three weeks, loosing at the healthy rate of about 2.5 pounds per week. What I did was fairly simple. I just cut out a few things like soda and switched to baked chips and stuff and drank water. It helped if I wrote down everything that I ate so I could balance meals out; if I had a treat for lunch, like then I could add a salad for dinner. You really don't miss the extra food after a few days. I also did the Weight Watcher's DVD Get In Shape becuase it's only 30min and has 3 levels of intensity with a variation of fun exercise in each level. You start at light intensity and then in a few weeks you could increase to moderate and high. (i love moderate) A big key was giving up the soda my face used to be covered with acne and now it is tremendously clearer. Don't forget to get lowfat calciums becuase it actually helps you burn fat, and Weight Watcher's desserts truly are THE BEST! hope i helped good luck! ^_^

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 178.4 - hey guys I found out that you gain more weight from 1oz of dairy like butter than from 1 oz of carbs, like bread. so next time u are at a resturant instead of ordering an apitizer or a heavy cream soup eat a few piece of bread! you'll do better (and feel less guilty) in the long run! oh and HAPPY ST. PATTY"S DAY! anbody Irish?
