Ht. 5'7, Wt. 185ish - iight, ery day i dont eat breakfast or lunch , instead when i get home from skoo i usualy have a snack, like some pringles or whatever, and a soda, then eat dinner later in the night.. Is this good since i dont eat bfst or lnch, i mean i dont do this for a diet, this is just what i been doin.. should i just not have the snack or am i still ok with havin it.. iight lemme kno thanks.. ima keep doin that this week and next week im goin on an intense workout plan lol wana lose like 30-40 lbs.. lata

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159.5 G:125 - i lost a half a pound, i did so much exercising yesterday that i could barley lift myself out of bed this morning, i only lost half a pound, but a new week is coming so i am going to aim to lose at my chosen rate of 2 pounds this week. wish my luck <3 =]
