Ht. 5.5, Wt. 180 - I tryed just about every deit. I am ready to do this. I am actually do stuff I swim on the swim team 3x a week for an Hour and I go to the gym on tues&Thursday. I eat resanble I stay away from the junk food, and eat healthy For breastfast I might have a slim fast drink and a orange, for Lunch I'll have a Lean Cusine meal or a South beach meal and for dinner I eat what my parents make, its usally pretty healthy Okay WHAT AM I DOING WORNG!!!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170 - hi this is my first time to post anything on here. I was woundering if anyone could tell me how to lose about 30 pounds in 2-3 months or if its even possible. I have tried to walk about 2 miles a day and eat less but i always get hungry and mess up before bed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I eat around 1300 cals a day and i do 10,000 steps on my pedometer, and some days i do an exercise dvd for around half an hour. i Want to loose around 14lbs before may (prom) does my diet sound good and is my weightloss possible and could i loose more.? how?

Well, for me anyways; So far I have lost 5.6 pounds! -And today is the 14th day of my journey, but I last weighed myself on the 12 day(monday). Having snacks actually SPEEDS UP your metabolism! Yes its true! As long as their small, filling, and healthy and you only have one between breakfast-lunch and one lunch-dinner, you're fine! If you go to bed late after dinner and you're hungry...DONT snack!!!! Anything you eat after about 7-8 at night turns instantly to fat because your metabolism has shut down!!! go to bed hungry if you can and you won't even be hungry in the morning..get used to the hunger and you're stomach will shrink. Excercise: I have DDR, have you heard of it? but you don't need to buy that. Mine's on the fritz, so i do about 20 sit-ups, try to do 5-10 push-ups (i suck sat those), and do 3 sets of 20 bends on each side to get rid of "love handles"..that just means you put your hands on your hips and bend to the side till you feel your muscle stretch 20 times on each side, 3 times. GET MOTIVATED THATS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN DO THIS. IT WORKS! and i didn't get it from any diet program it just makes sense and it worksssss!!! -margo (view less)

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 230 - I was thinking, losing 10 pounds a month is pretty healthy, right? So i've almost lost 10 pounds (2lbs to go) in 2 weeks..so if I just take it slow instead of wanting it all to come off now I can lose 10 pounds each month and in 10 months i'll be 130 pounds. It sounds pretty good to me. I just don't want to lose some of the features that I like, like my chest and my butt and some of my hips. I still want to be "thick" in the right places. Is there any way I can NOT lose those? thanks =)

Ht. 5'8, Wt. duno - well i havent been on here in a couple of weeks now, but before i was really motivated about losing weight becuz my prom is like 14 weeks away, but now im really depressed! my friends have sed now they arent goin to the prom and it does mean i cant because i have no1 else to go with and they wana go away for a weekend on holiday instead, but i feel totally left out, cuz they r all decided on whats happenin and havn't even told me until about 2 hrs ago, wen i said that i didnt no if i wanted to go away, one of them sed that basically it doesnt bother her if i go or not i dont make a difference ! so now im completely messed up lol cuz it seems that nothin is goin right for me atm and becuz ive got my gcses' (Im english an GCSES r final exams lol) so argh im just sooo annoyed and stressed lol and i still wana lose like 30lbs lol sorry for takin up space on amatter thats nothing to do with weight loss bt i had to get it out!!
