Ht. 5'2", Wt. 215 - So today I (throughout the day) I had 3 half sandwiches (you know, when you fold the bread over) anyway they consisted of: wheat bread, 2 w/ turkey and 1 w/ (i don't know how to spell it) bolonnie(sp) I know that's so wrong. I had a medium sized bowl of veggies..how do you think i did? Ugh i really don't know how to put meals together.

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177.4 - hey guys i'm feelin kinda bummed our right now i have to get new pants for a softball uniform. so my coach told me the pants were an adult L and that he was sure they would be WAY too big for me. well now i have them on and...OMG! they are a bit big around the waist, but they are so clingy my legs feel tight and i feel like i have the figure of a duffel bag. everybody else on my team and trim and slim! i'm mad but i hope that by the end of summer the pants will fit perfectly, and i hope they fit better in a few weeks when we have to start playing. izzy out~

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 210 - Is it bad too have too much fruit..will it like pack on pounds? Because today i had, 4 strawberrys, about 15 grapes, a pear, a peach, and a kiwi. (I also had, a low-fat yogurt, small side salad with low fat dressing, and baked chips. for dinner, boiled chicken salad :) But anyways my question is..is too much fruit bad?

Ht. 5'10", Wt. 215 - just a little tip- low fat yogurt isn't very good for your- i eat "light" yogurt every morning for breakfast and it is a really good fat burner- it increased my weight loss- the light yogurt also has much less calories and fat and carbs than low fat and regular yogurts.
