Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177.4? - Oh and I found this seriously awesome brownie mix called NO Pudge that is fat free, and all you have to do is mix it with fat free or light or whatever you use yogurt and chill! they taste really great and come in lots of flavors! the No Pudge brand also make very tasty ice creams, though they might be a little more hard to find! :)

C 205.5 G 185 - So i didnt eat any breakfast because i was fasting, and then i went to the gym where i did a 60 minute workout, and i had to take the bus there. my mom was supposed to pick me up after but she didnt cause i cant RELY on her :( so i had to walk all the way to my mall cause i missed the bus and it took me like 2 hours to get home once i caught the bus. So now im home, and i ate a bowel of different fruits, and im going to eat yogurt and lean turkey on wheat for dinner. Good luck you guys :)

C 205.5 G 185 - Hey guys i tried something new today, and its pretty good. this morning before i left for my workout i cut up a bunch of different fruits, strawberrys, oranges, madarin oranges, cantalope, grapes and bananas. Then i put it into 2 bowels and covered them, and put it in the freezer. When i got back from the gym the fruit was frozen, and it tastes really good! you should try it!
