Ht. 5'4", Wt. 159 G-120-125 - i heard on the news that if you walk atleast 45 minutes everyday after dinner then you can lose weight more healthier than any diet. is this true? and do you think it will work?

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - mini wheats for breakfast Lunch-nothing dinner-a 1 1/2 can of peas, a hamburger and a can of diet coke...it might not sound like alot of food but i feel horrible and gross like im a big fat failure...:-(
tips and motivation please!!!...i need it

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - SO today I ddi pretty good I exercized for 30 mind and did 20 crunches +10 pushups, and for dinner I had a small salad with two differnt side veggies and 2 small pieces of chickem. All i had for dessert was a lowfat pudding. I'm really happy! :0)

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Oh and input plz: breakfast-lowfat muffin and yogurt, lunch-meatball sandwhich and yogurt, snack-small bowl of strawberries and bannas. I don't know whatI'm having for dinner but I usually eat two veggies a night and a lowfat dessert.

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - breakast-oatmeal, lunch-subway, dinner-1 tuna(no mayo) on wheat. morning snack-mango. afternoon snack-strawberrys. all water..BUT i added on a granola bar and a partial bag of M&Ms..is that bad? :( i work out alot..

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 266 - this is my exersies for today is enough let me know 80 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer ,i played catch with my mom for about 30 minutes and i took a long 30 minute walk is that enough

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. s-210 c-202.5 g-125 - So today i had a instant oatmeal made with water and a water bottle. Then i went to church, came home and worked out (50 minutes cardio 200 crunches cause like someone said yesterday my stomach hurt so bad from doing 400 yesterday i could only manage 200 lol) after for lunch i had a sandwhich (on wheat bread no mayo) from subway and one of those little bags of baked chips and water. Im going to take a shower and all that jazz and i leave for church around 530 and i just ate lunch at like 3. so it doesnt make sense to eat dinner...is like 930 too late to eat dinner? please reply. =]

Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 177 - Hey guty two really great books to read are French Women Don't Get Fat and The Diet for Teenagers Only. They are both really wonderful, supportive books that teach you a lot about nutrition and having a helathy relationship with food. They don't tell you to starve yourself or workut 4 hours a day they are big mind-setting changers that work! :-)

Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - bad weekend (Friends house all weekend)...going shopping soon for spring break and not looking forward to it my sisters takeing me and shes 120 pounds and 5'10 and i hate going into all the stores where a large looks like a extra small it wouldnt even fit half me...ill be happy when im 100 pounds lighter and a medium or small is loose...does any one else just wanna cry when they walk into one of those stores and sees all the happy skinny ppl trying on clothes? i know i do.
