Ht. 5'2", Wt. 210 - So i've lost 20 pounds in less than a month (like I said before) i've been slacking on the exercise because I won't exercise infront of anyone but my daughter, and lately my daughters dad has been coming around because she has the chicken pox. I need to pick up the pace on April 1st. My bestfriend is supposed to start a diet with me. She weighs 256lbs, the weird thing is..I would switch my body with hers anyday! She seems like she has all the "fat" in the right places lol..Mine is in my stomache! Ugh. All i've had so far today is an apple and half of a banana, i'm not sure if i'll eat anything else tonight. I'm really not hungry, at all. By the way if anyone is really motivated to lose weight and is on often e-mail me at gh3tt0b4b3g1rl@yahoo.com (i'd actually like to have more than one weight loss buddy) ok bye. =)

BREAKFAST: rice crispies; LUNCH: veggie hoagie w/ lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives, and mustard and a carton of 1% milk; SNACK: light yoghurt and 4 slices of watermelon; DINNER: a large portion of mashed potatoes with I can't beleive it's not butter, broccoli and cheese, a peice of toast with jam, and a cup of 2% milk. Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - excersize i did yesterday, eliptical for 75 minutes, biked for 45 minutes(13 miles) 60 minutes yoga and 35 minutes kickboxing then a cool down walk for about 3/4 mile, is that enough, it's what i usually do but i added the bike.... it took be about 4 hours to do everything

Okay so I had a bowl of Special K cereal for breaky, then had some yogurt w/granola for lunch, then I had a wrap for dinner, it had lettuce, turkey breast, and a tiny bit of cheese. For a snack I had another bowl Of special K, thats what I ate! I drank all water today, I think I had a glass of grapefruit juice aswell, lol, a good day? or bad day?

Here's what I ate today!!! breakfast: apple cinnamon oatmeal; mid-morning snack: salted cashews; lunch: pizza sauce stuffed pretzel; snack: a can of v8 and a light strawberry yoghurt; dinner: leftover mexican food (vegetarian burrito, rice, and beans) For excercise I did 10 minutes of BYOU, and a thigh routine.
