Ht. 5'8", Wt. 168 - I know this is two back to back messages but I was wondering as soon as I get better does anyone have any good suggestions on lossing fat in my legs. I can't run outside there's 3 feet of snow here and I can't walk anywhere I live an hour away from anything. Right now I do squats and that's it. I can't do anything for a couple days I'm home sick. I'm stuck in my bed for another week. I'll be able to do my exercises the 26th. My doctor told me to wait until till then to exercise. I had to quit basketball because of it.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 168 - Okay I have been sick these past three days and it really sucks. I've been living on toast and chicken soup. Yesterday I ate an entire 200 calories and I can't eat anymore then 200 calories a day. I throw up if I eat to much and I don't know what to do. I also been drinking 7-up due that's what my doctor told me to drink. Well in these 3 days I went from 168 to 155. I know that's really unhealthy I don't know what to do about it. I don't want to tell my mom either she doesn't even know I was on a diet before I got sick. What should I do? Any suggestions?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - OKay, so my NYC trip was fantastic! Hey I walked around for the whole time and bought some stuff and saw the sights. Well my food definitly wasn't great, but hey, in a tempting city with McDnald's and Starbucks around every corner, I think I did pretty good! Breakfast (at home)- 2 lowfat wholegrain pancakes w/ 1 tb syrup, lowsugar fruit cup, lowfat hihcalcium hot coca/Snack: 1 lowfat lowsuagr biscotti( Stella Di'Oro is the brand)/Lunch: (my own) lowfat tuna sandwhich on whole wheat bread with lettuce/Dinner: cup of new England clam chowder, some salad, and a lot of bread with butter (very bad, I know!) and later i had one chocolat covered maaroon and 1/2 a dark choclate slushie with whipped cream from GOdvia. Dinner was horrible, I know, and when I got home I nibbled one a smalll slice of cheese, but at least I walked and I didn't have any soda. Today's a new day! And beleive me I used to do so much worse before!!!!! :0) Tell me what you think.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - DEAREST TERRY, great to see that you're such a nice person on these boards. For your information, it was baked, and i made it the healthiest way possible. i'm not about to give up every single food that has calories in it, just to be thin. i would like to taste my food, too. Why don't you cut the crap, and quitting replying to bulletins if you're going to be a snob about it, k thanks [:

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 180 - I am irritated. If I eat extremely healthy, I fail to exercise, but if I eat horribly I do like hours of cardio. I can't seem to be motivated to do both. I am truly serious about losing the weight and I am mad that it hasn't continued to come off. My goal is at least 140 by prom because I want to feel good in my own skin.
