Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'm posting what I ate today mmk? Breakfast: cheerios & a banana; Lunch: 3 slices lean turkey on whole wheat bread, small tomato, and some pretzels; Snack: apple; Dinner: spaghetti, a little chicken & peppers, & corn on the cob; So that's what I ate. Excercise: 40 minute "the-FIRM" workout dvd. How do ya'll think I did today? Pleeeeeeeeeeassssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee reply I'd love some feedback and any tips you guys have!! Thankies. =)

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 180 - i know its annoying when ppl post what they ate..but it helps me keep track so here's what i had today. BF:special k bar, cup of OJ (200 cals). Lunch: vegetable soup and half a snack bag of chex mix (350ish cals??). Snack:pudding (100 cals) Dinner: soup, corn on the cob, peas (250 cals) Snack:apple and grapes (200 cals?) how many calories does a regular sized apple have? i didn't do any excercise today b/c its really icy so i couldnt drive to the gym or run outside...but i'll do like 500 crunches

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 156 - Ok so i have been working on my weight for some time but the thing that always gets me is after school im home alone for almost 4h and i know i dont need food but i eat anyway just because i know no one is home what can i do my dad does not let me go out on school nights so going to see friends or something like that is out of the Q. can anyone help me i want to lose 20 pounds i have been trying for like a year plz help

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - Do u ever feel pressure from skool? i mean, our winter formal is coming up and so several of my friends (all of whom are skinny) have asked me if im going and i say no and they asked why. Usually i just shrug and say "because" when really i want to scream "BECAUSE IM NOT SKINNY AND PRETTY LIKE U AND I WOULD LOOK SO FAT AND UGLY WEARING A DRESS AND STANDING NEXT TO YOU!" I mean, i know im not that overweight but thats seriously how i feel and its not like i can say that to them cuz they dont understand cuz they r all skinny. So i just thought i would share my woes w/ u guys. Thanx fur listening, and fur understanding!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Hey evryone! I just weghed myself today...I lied last week I weigh 169.8 and I though it was just water weight or somethin but now I am 169.8 :0( after the holidays it was crazy. ALthough I've lost inches, so maybe it's a little bit of muscle?? Fod today: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfaat french toast w/ sugar free syrup, strawberries, skim milk/Snack: lowfat mixed bery sereal bar, low fat organic string cheese/Lunch: Healthy Choice chicken gumbo soup, lowfat yogurt, grapes/Snack: 1 whole cucmber cut up into slices with 2 tb of this awesome guacamole dip (avacad, a good fat, with diced tomatoe and oniopns on top) no added salt or anything and it was deeeeelish! Dinner: (plan) 1 slice lowfat pizza, brocli rabe, some other carb and/or veggie porbably, LOL/Exercise: none, way too sore from yesterday! Oh and I have jewlry class from 6-8 (before dinner) so I'll probably have an almond bar before i leave. How'd I do??

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 215 - I just broke up with my boyfriend and decided I want a BIG change. I want to lose 50 pounds before I turn 20 (which is 6 months away). I realize it is going to be very hard, but that's why I'm here. I would love to have a weight loss buddy to keep me motivated. Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey how did i do today?: BF: cheerios with lowfat milk and an apple (220). Lunch: wholewheat sandwhich and a fat free yoghurt(260?). Snack: low fat cereal bar (85 cals)Dinner: porkchop with potatoes and carrots (900?) = 1465 cals, plus ive drunk 2litres of water and done 30 mins on exercise bike and 30 mins on the dance mat. Plz give feedback!

Ht. ??, Wt. 270 - Dear Blubberbusters, I need so much help!!!! At the beginning of my freshman year of highschool i weighed 313lbs and now i am 270lbs and i hate it. I have a gym class with most freshmans so the girls who are skinny and really pretty tease me alot it ruins me. I hate it. I am really insecure already then here they come. I am really hurt and almost going crazy. I need help anyone help me.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 132 - Today wasn't good for weight loss :( I was sick and tried to eat stuff that would not make me..more sick Breakfest: Nothing in a rush AGAIN. Lunch: Water, French Fries, and hamburger buns -The burger looked really gross- (I reallly like french fries, but the school makes them themselves so they're not as bad as the fast food ones, I hope) Snack: For foods class we had to do Apple Pie evaulation for my group, I made it myself, and it was really good :)! Dinner: I had a feel better rice soup thing that my friend told me to make if I was sick, it's basically rice and sugar. But it works, and more water with that! :D So, yeah, lacking a lot today. Not too good. We have no veggies here though which stinks.
