Ht. 5'2", Wt. 194 - Can we raise the first christmas challenge that you were supposed to lose 14 1/2 pounds by christmas can we raise it to new Years Day. Becuase I forgot that next week was christmas. Man Time Flies

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 176 - Hey lovelies. I used to be really overweight, but I've recently lost a bit of weight, 25 kilos (not sure how many pounds that is) anyway, still have a bit of a way to go. So yes, my question is, well I have these massive stretch marks all over me, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what I could do to prevent getting more or getting rid of the ones i have at the moment. They make me feel really self conscious. :(

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 185 - Hey everyone! I haven't been on here in a while but I have been sick these last 2 days and I used to weigh 195 now I'm 185 and I weighed myself after I ate 2 doughnuts lol. So I'm really happy!!!! I lost 10 pounds!!! Pretty crazy!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 187 - Ok so freshmen year i went from 210 to 175 (its now junior year) we just moved and its like i cant stop eating and i gained 10 pounds so quick im disgusted with myself. Its like impossible for me to get started a second time. I dont know whats wrong with me i need some serious help and thats why i came here. Sp please anythin you have to say even if its bad just to get me motivated.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 216 - i need help. i am really over weight but in the last two days i have ran 8 minutes straight and i have never done that then the next day i ran 12 minutes. and i hope our scale is right because it said i lost. i dont know. so yea. i also no that to lose weight you have to eat some or your body will save food and make you fat well yea . just help me please.

Breakfast:
1 slice low fat French toast (115), sliced banana (100), skim milk (100)
1 grain, 1 fruit, 1 dairy
Lunch:
Light tuna (100) made with fat free mayo (100), and low fat cheese (100) on 2 slices of whole wheat bread (200), sugar free Jell-O pudding (60)
1 protein, 2 grains, 2 dairies, 1 condiment
Dinner:
2 meatballs (200), 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta (200) string beans (0), baked apple (100)
1 protein, 1 grain ,free veggie, 1 fruit
Snacks:
1.) Nutri-Grain strawberry cereal bar (140) / 2.) 2 cups air-popped low fat popcorn (70) / 3.) 1 ounce ~half a handful~ peanuts (100), 8 oz. glass of unsweetened mango juice (120)
1 grain, 1 starch, 1 protein, 1 fruit

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - dance, dance, dance people!! it's fun and it burns calories like that...that's right it burns calories so fast u don't even realize it because ur having so much fun!!! g'luck everyone and a tip...drink 2 glasses of water before every meal and then 1/2 a glass after ur first helping. Why? because studies show that not only does this get people into the healthy habit of drinking at leat 6-8 glasses a day which is great for ur immune system but it also prevents overeating and binging. add a little lemon juice and a little salt for flavor if necessary, which gives u vitamin c too. hope this helped!!
