Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Happy day! I woke up this morning and was 169lbs! I am so happy! As soon as I got my period yesterday I think I just released all of that extra water weight and fluid! This morning i did my 40min. weight loss with yoga tape and for breakfast I had 50% less sugar oatmeal (110) made with skim milk (100), a pear (100), and a low fat yogurt (170)! I hope all you guys realize that holiday weight gain is probably mostly water from a lot of salt, almost no or no fat at all!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 195 - so yah im starting my strict diet again now that the holidays are over. plus it rly got me motivated that i can wear alot of cute clothes cuz i went shopping yesterday and there are some rly cute boys....hehe...i mean alot of boys like me already but still....so yah im drinking all water maybe 1 c of juice or something can be an exception all healthy foods, salads nd stuff like that. no cookies, chocolate, nope. juss me and motivation to become skinnier and fit in that mini skirt and beautiful shirt i saw at charlette russo yesterday!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 195 - well as far as i can say i did great on eating this xmas!! once i got to my aunts house on xmas eve i drank water and a sm. dixie cup of ginger ale. for dinner i filled up on 1 serving of turkey, 1 c of mashed potatoes and about 3 tbsp of flourless gravy. i did good on sweets too. i didnt have any, i only ate pineapple and like 3 shrimp. then on xmas day i went to my grandmas for dinner [all together throughtout the night from 4.00-8.00 and i ate 1 c mac nd cheese, 1/2 serving turkey, 2 servings of fruit punch [i know but unbelieveably my grandma doesnt drink wate so there was none], er i also had 1 small slice of cornbread. so that was good. and when i got home i had 1/2 serving of hot cocoa. so how did i do??

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - I just weighed myself this morning against my better judgment...horror story!!! It read 172.2lb!!! Although I'm not freaking out because seriously I might I have gone up to 169 or 170 okay but the rest is definitly water weight. Anyhow Mom and I trashed the rest of the cookies and today I got a fresh start. My breakfast was low sugar oatmeal made with skim milk, a pear, and a low fat yogurt and a cup of tea (to flush out the extra salt) and I'm gonna try to squeeze in my 40 min yoga tape! :0) Good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Thanks all! You inspire me! Well today I walked all around town with my aunt all day shopping and stuff and for lunch we went to Cosi I had a chicken pesto melt and veggie soup and a water, then for dinner I had a bowl of calamari stew (a delicious Italian favorite, no matter how weird it sounds!) But today I got my period I was ravenous and felt like crap later on so then I had 2 pieces of homemade eggplant parm (it wasn't breaded and baked not fried, so idk and the cheese was part skim), then I had 2 chocolate-covered gram crackers. Boo! But I resisted the 3 butter cookies we had left. I just feel so much better knowing that the extra water-weight was from my period! :0)

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 199 - Hi! Hope yall had a great hoilday, I was soooo bad over the hoilday... with eating that is. I started drinking soda again over the last 3 days, but I think imma go back to just water like i was doing before, I cut soda out completely. I just walked a mile on the tredmil and i think im going to a few crunches, push ups, and sit ups before bed tonite. Im hoping to lose a few lbs before by bday on the 18th. I know I wont be able to lose that much by the 18th but im aiming for about 5-10lb, realistic?
