Ht. 5'5", Wt. 189 - well ive lost some weight but i keep having the temptation to eat more. but i did find out that i wasnt eating enough cause i would always be too tired to xercise. but i have a question instead of the two peices of toast i was having i had my mom get me granola bars and thats what im having for breakfast and then i was having a 1/2 of a sandwich but i was too tired so i got it up to a whole sandwich and some carrots to help with energy and then what ever my mom makes for dinner i have half of what i normally have does that sound ok o and then i have 24 oz of water. and xercise. thanks for the help everyone

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 193 - This is what I had today. For breakfast cereal with water. For lunch a sandwhich on wheat bread and water and a hershey bar. For supper like 6 barbgue wings and like 10 potato wings and a 32oz drink that was bad but i wasthirst after a nap I drank like a whole thing of water. For exercise knock out in basketball and jump rope and like 30 min of different exercises and more later on and probly Dance Dance Revoulution. How did I do besides the pop.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 234 - its been a while since i wrote and i gained about 10 pounds since last time..I really need some help..today was the worst day ever in gym class we were playing vollyball and i didn't hit the ball and this guy said hit the ball chubby, i feel so bad for you....i never felt so low in a long time after he said that and allday i did not let it bother me but when i got home i cryed..i really need some help on good eating tips.If you can help me i would be so grateful thanks..

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 206 - Today we won our basketball game!! Yay! Anyways I think I did better on my eating. For breakfast I had a glass of skim milk and an apple. Then for lunch I had a sandwich(turkey, lettuce,cheese, and pickles)chocolate milk and a few carrots. For dinner I had a turkey sandwich with a little mircule wip and cheese. For a snack I had a cheese stick after shcool and a apple after dinner. Tell me how did I do. I think it was ok. I did a good amount of exerciseing today. With my game. I'm going to do some situps right now. Later

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey everyone! Well yesterday I noticed I was a lot physically stronger in gym. In some areas where the girls sat back on their butt, like crunches and push-ups, I could do it all as long as most of the guys! I can also run 2-2 1/2 laps without getting out of breath now instead of like one. This has been the best I've felt in my entire life! And also were were playing soccer and got divided into two teams, then my crush was on the other team and I heard him whisper to his friend, "Darn, they got Isabella!" which must mean I have some skill. Good day to you all! I have a ton of homework to do so I gotta go!
