Ht. 5'5", Wt. 225 - I wish my friends or family or b/f would call me fat, because i need the mean kind of motivation i think. hats my problem i have no motivation, i can say I'm so sick of being fat i'm going to lose weight and eat healthy for one day and then totally forget it the next day saying its too hard. I seriously am so tired of being fat, i was 30 lbs skinnier last summer and i loved it but now i put the weight on because of my stupid depression and i cant loose weight. I need help to stay motivated!!!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 147 - Peanut Butter is not horrible to eat if you eat it in a serving and only a couple times a week. If you put a tablespoon of PB on your waffle it's fine. One thing about PB is it had Hydrogenated oil AKA:not good for you. If you get an organic PB you will be better off. The taste is a little different but we give up a little taste in everything "diet" or better for you. So everyone quit saying PB is "bad" or "good" yes it has 16 grams of fat and yes it has 7 grams of protien. That doesn't classify it good or bad. Just be sinsible like with everything else in life.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 204 - I've decided what to give up for lent. I am a total gum addict so I'm going to try and give up gum. I am also going to give up all candy (chocolate included). I love chocolate and gum. But only 39 more days to go. Hopefully this will help my diet. Today I ate pretty good. For exercise I had a basketball practice. I'm going to go do some sit ups and study for a history quiz. ~Jerrica

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - hello. i just got back from a jog. but i'm dissapointed. my plan is to run 3x a week and i have been doing that for a few weeks now, but the last week was very very busy and i didnt get a chance to go. so today when i went out it caught up with me. there was probably the same amount of walking as jogging. :[ Also, i go for 1/2 hour each time and today the stomach cramps (from excercising) were so bad i had to come home in 20 minutes. i could use some support. :[

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - Here are a couple things I like to have for meals that are yummy and healthy. One thing is I make a chicken fajita mix (chicken, peppers, and onions mixed with a fajita mix) and have it in a whole wheat tortilla shell with fat free ranch dressing. Then if you have leftovers you can also make an even lighter meal. Just take the mix, put it in a bowl with a lettuce mix, put the dressing on, and voila! A tasty salad. Also, I love boca meat sloppy joes. All you need is boca ground "beef" (it's fake meat and has great soy protein!) manwich sauce, and a whole wheat bun. Just mix the boca meat and manwich sauce in a skillet on medium heat, and when it's hot put it in a whole wheat bun and enjoy! For those of you who have not had boca meat before, they have really good ground "beef". I'm a meat eater and I love it! It's really healthy. Well just thought I'd share....hehe. =)
