I was wondering if anyone has dome weight watchers b/c im thinking of trying it.. of anyone has done it pls tell me what its like and what u do and other stuff

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 178 - i did so good last week and i lost 2.2 pounds!! woo!! i kinda did bad today cause i had a chocloate sunday from maccas after school but yeaim going to the gym later so that can burn ot off.

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 145 - I'm normally on the pre-teen board, but I thought I would try the teen board out. Anywawy, I get out of school on June 14th, and I wanted to weight 130lb, by the time I got out of school. Do you think this is a reasonable amount of time to lose 15lb? Please let me know! Thanks!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 224 - Yay! I've lost a pound this week, which is a lot for me!! I brought my own healthy lunch to school and played DDR after school everyday, about 300-500 calories burned. I'm so excited!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 147 - Well I have lost 3 pounds this week. I'm down to 147 and I"m super happy about it. I want to congradulate myself and everyone else that has made an improvement, no matter how small. We are all in this together and we can all do it.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 166 - Start: 184 Current: 166 Goal" 145-150 Hey! I haven't posted in a while because I had a stressful January but now I feel great! I've been sticking to The Diet for Teenagers Only and I exercised EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I've never been able to accomplish that before! I feel so much better about myself now. I do yoga on Saturday mornings, every Wed. I have high-intensity P.E. and every Friday I do a different high-intensity full 30min. workout DVD that includes cardio,toning, and flexibilty. During the week I do mini 10 min, workouts toned for your hips, belly, and thighs. I encourage you all to start small. Work your way up to working out most days of the week or join a sports team! Have lots of fun and much luv this Feb. '07!!!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 171 - yay i lost another 2.4 pounds!!! i'm 160 pounds now :) !! and i had two days wehre i ate junk food which proves that you can mess up but as long as you keep exercising you can still lose weight!! good luck everyone!

Ht. 5'10", Wt. 223 - I've been looking wt what some of you are eating..It's not enough, I suspect some of you are doing what I used to do.. don;t eat much so you can save up on calories for junk.. don;t do it.. weightwatchers says you can eat as many fruits and veggies as you want in a day.. some people here, on thier diet plans I see no fruits or veggies.. you won;t get the vitamins you need! If you get hungry.. just grab an apple or suck on an orange or something.. but try drinking water first.. you miht just be thirsty! OK so I can dish out the advise.. but can I uuse/u it?

Ht. 5'10", Wt. 223 - I neeeeeeeed to lose weight for prom. I went shopping for a dress yesterday and i picked up a dress..(plain black) and I looked like a squashed banana, it fitted fine (size 22) but ideally I would like to be a size 18 by June.. any tips.. my mum suggested crash but that just made me cry..

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - guys ive been stuck on 162 pounds but the best part is since i started i lost 4 pounds :] however...im so mad because i went to the mall today for jeans and nothingg fit right and i thought they would since i even lost weight. ugh. i want/need to lose more weight! any suggestions?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 159 - I feel like my life is like so horrible. I'm sure moslty all of you guys, though you may be overweight, have a nice group of friends. Me, I'm on the outside always looking in. I walk alone in the halls. I just can't fit in. I hate everything about me, there's nothing special. I waste my life doing worthless things. My self-esteem really sucks. Today I had cereal and a banana for breakfast then I also had a few bites of chocolate cake and a little peice of chocolate before school. & so I skipped lunch and didn't eat anything else today. I'm so sick of being overweight. I hate this.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 150 - Well I'm down 2 pounds(20-25 to go) but I'm not really happy with myself today. BREAKFAST:Special K with fat free milk and 2 slices of pinapple. LUNCH:Turkey sandwitch and a few wheat thins. SNACK:Cliff Bar DINNER:salad with hi fat dressing but I only dipped the fork in it and took a bite with each dip. Then I had some tumble weeds witch are an appatizer at my fav resauraunt. For my accutal dinner I had a filet of salmon with a lemon herb sause, a large baked potato with bbq sauce and sour cream. I also had a piece of bread with a little butter. NOTE:It was a late valantines day dinner with my family and I was not happy with them because they know I'm trying to lose weight and get in shape and they still offer food as my only option for valantines.
