Okay guys! I liked "Speaks" suggestion of "losing weight together" as cheesy as that sounds i think its a great idea! So i'll start off and weigh in on the weigh-in page. then at the end of the week i'll tally up everyone's total for the week and then we'll be losing weight before we know it!

Hey you guys, I'm back, but i'm on this new plan. I lost a couple of pounds eating right, bu gained most back because i was sloofing. But it tought me how to eat (keeping the food journal for 4 weeks.) So i no longer calculate food, but i make a week in advance exercise plan. This week, I Bike 5 times(or days) for 20 minutes, lift weights for my arms 5 times, do yoga 5 times, and strrength train for my whole body 2 times. I do some yoga on rest days because i have night yoga that is relaxing. don't worry about me overtraining with the arms weights, cause i've been doing it for a while, i jhust need to kick it up a notch. I am trying to get from 160 to 130 by the end of May. I am walking around 30mins a day and drinking a lot of water.I try to eat healther.Is there anything that else that could help me lose the weight and be in shape. I have been doing this for a week now and I am still at the same weight. ALSO if anyone whats to be my weight lose buddy please e-mail me at collings@joplin.com

I'm doing Atkins like you guys said but some days I can't eat meat so is just salad okay are there any other non meat protein rich no carb foods you guys know of?I'm doing a program tape called lift weighs to lose weigh by Kathy Smith has anyone else tried this? I did the 20min upper body yesterday and the 20 min lower body this morning I'm thinking of adding a cardio too inbetween days does anyone know a good cardio moves? What do you guys think a good plan YES or NO????

ok I want as MANY guys to answer this question. Would you be honestly be interested in a girl that is 141 and is 5'4 tall. I want you to answer this as honestly as you possibly can. Well, I'm 5ft and weight about 150lbs. Its really frustrating because whenever I get the inspiration to do excercising, I don't, and I get really upset and tend to eat because of depression over other things. But, I think a tip for all of you, that, if you imagine yourself normal or thin, that you could imagine someone you have a crush on to like you, or have a better advantage of making friends, and thats what inspires me to go and do excercise. But, I've recently had knee surgery so I haven't been doing any good, probably gained the 10 lbs that made me 150 :( Well, I just posted to see if anyone knows any useful excercises for you tummy and arms. I have great legs and butt from playing so much soccer ( 8 years). Well, I hope you all believe in yourself and have fun :)

Hey, im ticked. i was on a bus today and there was this one guy pigging out, on food that would give u like 4000 calories, and he eats LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME, i want to know is there anyway to increase ur metabolic rate overall, not just after exercise. and also im in a really foul mood, so i want to lose a fair bit of FAT fast, is there anyway?

Hey people, i found out something im sorta excited about. if you get you weight (which you have to convert to kilos for this to work) and then times your weight in kilos by 26, you get the daily amount of calories you need to live, now to lose weight you of course have to reduce this, but do not go below 25%, so basically if you need about 1900 calories a day like me, do not reduce your calorie intake by any more than 475. NEAT HUH???

Hey guys! Just b-cuz I think some of you guys could help me out and tell me if I'm doing good. It's the second day of my diet (stats yesterday.. 5'5 (that wont change for a while lol) but 140lbs) yesterday I ate Special K Cereal, a banana, pretzels, a smoothie with 3/4 of an apple, banana, 1/4 cup of 2% milk, and 1/3 a cup of juice. I also ate 2 crackers and for dinner I had this stew (my uncle made) it had meat and vegetables.. its european, and a scoop of mashed potatoes. I figured I had about 1200-1300 calories=D (wat do u think?) + Yesterday I did an hour of pilates and at school we did about 45 min of this thing we call the fitness circuit where we do like push ups, sit ups, use the stair master, lunges, etc. Today it's only about 5pm but so far I've eaten Special K Cereal, Banana, Apple, Special K blueberry Bar, and 2 pieces of chocolate + I had the same shake I had above ^^.... holly crap i lost 13 pounds in 8 days on my atkins diet. it took a while for it to start working but now im happy for it!
