Hey people!! I am 5 foot and 180 lbs. I am recently attending a place like Curves, it let me lose some weigh. Well here is the problem... All my friends are like 120 and lower and I am like... And we all tell each other everything and I am embarressed to tell them my weight.Instead I lie and tell them 130 and they tell me I am skinny when you should see me. In your opinion should I tell them I am 180?? Thanks Rachael Please reply

If you do not feel comfortable telling them, DON'T, or if lying makes you feel better do that lol.

You should never lie about your weight. Denial will not get you anywhere. Tell them the truth, and tell them you're working on it. Acceptance is the first step to weight loss, remember that.

I know this is really hard to do. Because all of my friends are seriously...110!! I am not major overweight though..but dont worry...if they are really your friends than they will be fine with it. True friends do not judge you for your weight or anything else.

I never tell my friends my real weight. I should, but I don't feel comfortable telling them when they're pretty, skinny girls and I'm bigger than them.
